مطالعه اثر خدمات حسابداري بر عملكرد غير مالي شركتهاي كوچك و متوسط در استان هرمزگان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي بندر عباس استاد ياردكتر احمد علي اسدپور-دكتر علي اميري-اسلام وزيري چكيده شركتهاي كوچك و متوسط ستون فقرات اقتصاد هر كشوري هستند. اين شركتها در بحران اقتصادي كنوني در معرض افزايش فشار قرار دارند. اغلب شركتهاي كوچك ومتوسط به دليل ضعف در تامين منابع مالي انساني و مديريتي عملكرد نامطلوبي دارند.به همين دليل انها به خدمات بيروني كه توسط حسابداران ارايه ميشود روي مي اورندو ازآن به عنوان خدمات حرفه اي جهت تهيه گزارش هاي مالي استفاده مي كنند.اما گاهي اوقات مديران و مالكان داده هاوگزارشهاي مالي را درك نمي كنند واز سودمندي خدمات حسابداري وگزارشهاي مالي جهت كنترل واهداف تصميم گيري آگاه نيستند و يا متقاعد نمي شوند . دليل اينكه چرا اين شركتها قادر به انجام وظايف حسابداري داخلي نمي باشند، دانش ناكافي مي باشد. مهمترين موانع انها، تعداد كم كاركنان بوده و اين مورد، توانايي آنها را براي مقابله با اين حجم كار و صرف زمان براي مشتريان تحت تأثير قرار مي دهد. تحقيق حاضر به بررسي اثر خدمات حسابداري وهمچنين تاثير عوامل برون سپاري بر عملكرد غيرمالي شركتهاي كوچك و متوسط پرداخته است. روش انجام تحقيق به صورت ميداني و ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه مي باشد . جامعه آماري اين تحقيق شركتهاي فعال در شهرك هاي صنعتي استان هرمزگان مي باشد . جامعه آماري 258 شركت و اندازه نمونه 155 شركت مي باشد . تكنيك آماري مورد استفاده در اين تحقيق ، روش معادلات ساختاري و آزمون همبستگي پيرسون مي باشد تجزيه و تحليل داده ها با كمك نرم افزار SPSS انجام شده است . نتايج بدست آمده نشان مي دهد كه خدمات حسابداري باعث بهبود عملكرد غير مالي شركتهاي كوچك و متوسط ميشود.واز عوامل برون سپاري بين (خصوصيات مالك وصلاحيت فني )و عملكرد غير مالي شركتهاي كوچك و متوسط رابطه معني دار ومثبتي وجود دارد.اما بين اندازه شركت و عملكرد غير مالي شركتهاي كوچك و متوسط رابطه معني دار مشاهده نگرديد. كلمات كليدي:1- شركت هاي كوچك و متوسط 2- شركت حسابداري3- كيفيت خدمات 4- عملكرد 5-خدمات حسابداري

Abstract Small Medium Enterprises are like the economical skeleton of each country which work independently. These firms are important in order to provide job opportunities with low investment, regional development, organizational development of technology-oriented companies, innovation of products and creation of new models. Not only, these economical firms work with lower investment, but also have higher efficiency and play a significant role in creating employment, paving the way for innovation as well as invention and in promoting export. By the current economic crisis, the mentioned companies have been under pressure. Most of the Small Medium Enterprises have showed their inefficiency because of failing to obtain financial and human sources. In this way, they turn to external accountants as professional services to get financial statements. The managers or the owners of these companies sometimes don’t understand financial statements and are not aware of usefulness of accounting services and those statements to follow their purposes. Lack of sufficient knowledge is the main reason that the companies are not able to do their internal accounting. The main obstacle here is the small number of staff which has influenced on their ability to cope with the work pressure and the time that pays to their customers. This study has investigated the effect of accounting services and outstructing elements on nonfinancial performance of Small Medium Enterprises. This is a field research which has exploited questionnaire as data collection instrument. The population of this study has been chosen among active companies in Hormozgan province. The population is 258 companies and sample is 155 companies. In this study, structural equation models method and Pearson Correlation formula has been used as statistical procedures. Data analysis has been done through SPSS software. The results of this study show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the features of owners plus technical qualifications as outstructing elements and nonfinancial performance of Small Medium Enterprises. But, no significant relationship was observed between the size of the companies and nonfinancial performance of Small Medium Enterprises.
