پارامترهاي جدول زندگي كنه شكارگرNeoseiulus californicus روي كنه ¬تارتن دولكه¬اي تحت شرايط آزمايشگاهي

Life-table paramerets of the predatory mite Neoseiulus californicus on two-spotred spider mite under laboratory condition

كنه تارتن دولكه¬اي Tetranychus urticae Koch افت مهم در محصولات كشاورزي مي¬باشد. امروز يكي از روش¬هاي كم¬خطر استفاده از عوامل كنترل بيولوژيك مي¬باشد. در اين مطالعه ما پارامترهاي جدول زندگي كنه شكارگر بر كنه تارتن دو لكه اي را تحت شرايط آزمايشگاهي 2±25 درجه سلسيوس، رطوبت نسبي 5±75 درصد و دوره نوري 16:8 (روشنايي:تاريكي) ارزيابي كرديم. داده¬هاي خام براساس جدول زندگي دوجنسي تجزيه شد. ارزش نرخ خالص توليدمثل، نرخ ذاتي و متناهي افزايش جمعيت به ترتيب 65/22 نتاج/فرد، 17/0 و 18/1 بدست آمدند. حداكثر ارزش باروري براي كنه¬هاي ماده 77/10 ثبت شد. اين نتايج نشان مي¬دهد اين كنه شكارگر براي برنامه هاي مديريت تلفيقي مي¬تواند استفاده شود.

The two-spotted spider mite, Tetranychus urticae Koch is important pest in agricultural crops. One of the methodof control is using of biological control agents. In this study, we evealuted life-table parameters of the predatory mite Neoseiulus californicus on two-spotted spider mite under laboratory conditions at 25±2° C, 70±5% RH and a photoperiod of 16:8 (L:D) hours. The raw data were analyzed based on age-stage, two-sex life table analysis. The values of net reproductive rate (R0), intrinsic rate of increase (r) and finite rate of increase (λ) were obtained 22.65 offspring/individual, 0.17 and 1.18 day-1.The maximum value of Vxj was recorded 10.77 for females mite. This results demonstrated this predator mite can be used for IPM programs
