نگهداري و تعميرات يكي از مفاهيم اساسي در سازمان‎هاي پيشرفته است كه از جايگاه ويژه‌اي در سطح مديران ارشد و كاركنان سازمان برخوردار است. علاوه بر اين، با توجه به مفهوم مشتري‌مداري در سازمان‎ها، هر چقدر ميزان انعطاف‌پذيري و قابليت مانور سازمان افزايش يابد، مي‎توان گفت كه ميزان رضايت‌مندي از سازمان نيز افزايش خواهد يافت. در اين راستا، از جمله مهم‎ترين عواملي كه بايد به آن توجه نمود، به‎كارگيري رويكردهاي نوين نگهداري و تعميرات در جهت افزايش بهره‌وري سازمان است. هدف از اين تحقيق، انتخاب راهبرد مناسب تعميرات و نگهداري با توجه به معيارهاي هزينه و مشتري‎مداري مي‎باشد و تصميم‎گيري در مدل ارائه شده بر مبناي كاهش ريسك و هزينه صورت مي‏گيرد. در اين تحقيق، از روش تصميم‎گيري چندمعياره VIKOR براي رتبه‏بندي و وزن‎دهي راهبرد‎هاي نگهداري و تعميرات بر اساس شاخص‎هاي هزينه و قابليت اطمينان استفاده شده است. سپس، از برنامه‎ريزي آرماني چند انتخابي تجديد نظر شده با توجه به متغيرهاي پيوسته، براي تجميع اهداف متضاد و بهينه‎سازي همزمان آنها، استفاده شده است و سرانجام، استراتژي‎هاي مطلوب نگهداري و تعميرات براي هركدام از تجهيزات موردنظر، تعيين مي‎شوند. در نهايت، مدل ارائه‎شده تحقيق براي يك نمونه كاربردي، استفاده‎شده و نتايج نهائي آن مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفته است.

Maintenance and Repair is one of the basic concepts in advanced organizations, which have a special position at the level of senior executives and staff of the organization. Moreover, given the concept of customer orientation in organizations, the greater the degree of flexibility and ability to maneuver the organization, it can be said that the satisfaction of the organization will increase. In this regard, one of the most important factors to be considered is the application of modern maintenance and repair approaches to increase the productivity of the organization. The purpose of this research is to select the appropriate repair and maintenance strategy according to cost and customer-oriented criteria. Decision making in the proposed model is based on risk and cost reduction. In this research, VIKOR multi-criteria decision-making method for rating and weighting maintenance and repair strategies based on cost and reliability indicators has been used. Then, from a revised multi-choice goal planning with respect to continuous variables, used to combine opposite goals and optimize simultaneously them. Finally, determine the optimal maintenance strategies for each of the desired equipment. The presented research model is used for an applied sample, and its final results have been analyzed.
