بررسي تاثير عوامل تحقيق و توسعه و فناوري اطلاعات بر عملكرد مالي موسسات توليدي(دربخش صنعتي) شهرستان گچساران

Investigating the Influence of R D and Information Technology Factors on Financial Performance of Manufacturing Companies (in the Industrial Area) of Gachsaran County

نگاه نوين به مسائل مديريتي ايجاب مي كند كه مديران به سادگي از كنار نقش تاثير گدار فناوري هاي ارتباطي و اطلاعاتي و بخش تحقيق و توسعه در بخش هاي مختلف صنعت عبور نكنند. ورود گسترده رايانه و ابزارهاي جانبي آن به درون ساختار اجرايي و اداري سازمان ها و گسترش اقبال عمومي مديران به انجام اطلاع رساني در حيطه شبكه جهاني اينترنت حتي به صورت ظاهري امري است كه بايد با توجه و درايت خاصي به آن نگاه كرد[6].اين پژوهش با در نظر گرفتن اهميت موضوع فناوري اطلاعات و تحقيق و توسعه و كاربرد آن در بخش هاي مختلف صنعت به بررسي تاثير عوامل تحقيق و توسعه و فناوري اطلاعات بر عملكرد مالي موسسات توليدي(دربخش صنعتي) شهرستان گچساران پرداخته است كه با بهره گيري از جامعه اي متشكل از 114 نفر از كارگران بخش توليدي با روش نمونه گيري تمام شمار و انجام اين پژوهش به روش توصيفي وبا توجه به اينكه تاثير و نوع روابط بين متغيرها را بررسي مي كند از نوع همبستگي مي باشد در اين پژوهش از سه پرسشنامه استفاده شد كه عبارتند از پرسشنامه تحقيق و توسعه (كرنوال و پرلمن1 ،2012) با7سئوال و الفاي كرونباخ 41/92 پرسشنامه عملكرد مالي (قرانفله،2014) با 6 سئوال و الفاي كرونباخ 1/89 و فناوري اطلاعات با 7 سئوال و الفاي كرونباخ 8/87 . در ادامه دو موضوع مورد ازمون قرار گرفت كه عبارت بودند از 1.تحقيق و توسعه بر عملكرد مالي موسسات توليدي شهرستان گچساران(صنعت و معدن ) تاثيرمعنا دارد2. فناوري اطلاعات بر عملكرد مالي موسسات توليدي شهرستان گچساران(صنعت و معدن ) تاثيرمعنا داردارد.كه با استفاده از روش هاي معادلات ساختاري و نرم افزار AMOS هر دو ازمون مورد تاييد قرار گرفتند.

Summary The new look at managerial issues requires managers not simply to pass through the role of the impactor of information and communication technologies and the R D sector across the industry. The massive entry of the computer and its peripheral tools into the administrative and organizational structure of the organizations and the expansion of the general managerial reach for information within the World Wide Web, even in appearance, is something that needs to be considered with particular attention [6]. This research, considering the importance of the subject of information technology and R D, and its application in various sectors of the industry, has investigated the impact of research and development factors and information technology on the financial performance of manufacturing companies (in the industrial sector) of Gachsaran, which utilizes A community of 114 employees in the manufacturing sector with a total number of sampling and doing so The research is descriptive and it is a correlation type based on the fact that the impact and type of relations between the variables is examined. In this research, three questionnaires were used which included the research and development questionnaire (Cornavall and Perlman, 2012) with 7 questions and alpha of Cronbach 41 / 92 Financial Performance Inventory (Quranflah, 2014) with 6 questions and Cronbach s alpha of 89/89 and Information Technology with 7 questions and Cronbach s alpha 8/87. In the following, we discussed two issues: 1. Research and development has a significant impact on the financial performance of Gachsaran (manufacturing and mining) manufacturing companies. Information technology has a significant impact on the financial performance of Gachsaran (manufacturing and mining) manufacturing companies.
