Uncapacitated phub center problem under uncertainty

Hubs are facilities to collect, arrange and distribute commodities in telecommunication networks, cargo delivery systems, etc. In real world problems some parameters in hub location problems like demand or travel time between nodes could be uncertain or in fuzzy space. In this paper we study one of the popular hub location problems under uncertainty. We propose fuzzy LP model for uncapacitated phub center. We transform uncapacitated phub center location in both single allocation and multiple allocation, into fuzzy space and propose deterministic models with fuzzy variables to solve the problems with LP solvers. Finally fuzzy models solved by direct approach in five different uncertainty levels
