In This study an FJSP with unavailability periods in terms of preventive maintenance tasks, due dates, release times and WIP1 constraint is investigated. The problem is based on a real job shop so due to its nature, a mathematical model is developed for it and the nonlinear equations changed to linear ones. For verification of the modeling, it is solved using GAMS and four instances from literature with extra information, which has been improvised.
