Coating as a method of strengthening of newly made solids of machines and their reconstruction and consequently increase of lifetime, is one of the most universal and flexible technological method of influence of the characteristics of the worked surface. Today several varieties of technological methods of coating greasing of wear resistant layers are known, which differ by sources of heat energy , by means of protection of solids metals, by level of mechanization and automation. We have elaborated and presented the method’s of coating-greasing wear resistant coverings with use of frictional and electro- frictional methods to obtain covering materials. In the process of friction, under the action of released heat the softer materials are melted and put on the main material as the films in the result of which is forming the wear resistant defensive layer. We have elaborated devices for automatic putting of the covering layers, as well as combined methods of putting covers on the frictional surfaces of the machine solids details. The obtained methods of combined covering and improve greasing allow to rice wear resistance of frictional machine solids details 2-2,5 times and corrosion stability up to 70-90 %.
