چكيده فارسي :
مديريت شهري، از جنبه هاي مهم برنامه ريزي شهري است كه با جوامع انساني به ويژه جامعه شهري ارتباط مستقيم دارد. گسترش سريع پديده شهرنشيني و شهرگرايي، در دوران اخير و پيدايش مشكلات مختلف شهري؛ از قبيل تراكم، آلودگي هوا، ترافيك، كمبود مسكن و... ضرورت برخورد انديشمندانه با اين مسائل را مطرح ميسازد. اين برخورد انديشمندانه، چيزي جز يك برنامه ريزي شهري، همسونگر، منعطف و با بدنه ي اجرايي قوي )همان مديريت شهري پويا( نميباشد. باتوجه به سطح مطلوب زندگي از لحاظ اقتصادي، اجتماعي و زيست محيطي ، توسعه پايدار شهري مي بايست مورد توجه قرار گيرد. اين پژوهش نيز با هدف شناسايي ابعاد توسعه پايدار شهري و نقش شهرداري ها در انجام اين فريضه ارائه شده است. در اين مقاله ابتدا مباني نظري توسعه پايدار شهري بيان شده و سپس ابعاد و شاخص هاي توسعه پايدار شهري ارائه شده است. در انتها نيز نقش شهرداري ها به عنوان ركن اصلي توسعه و مديريت شهري توضيح داده شده و پيشنهاداتي جهت به كارگيري توسط شهرداري ها براي دستيابي به توسعه پايدار شهري ارائه شده است.

Urban management is one of the most important aspects of urban planning, which is directly related to human societies, especially urban society. The rapid expansion of the phenomenon of urbanization and urbanization, in recent times and the emergence of various urban problems, such as density, air pollution, traffic, housing shortage, etc., necessitates a thoughtful approach to these issues. This thoughtful approach is nothing more than urban planning, flexible, and with a strong executive body (the same dynamic urban management). Considering the desirable level of economic, social and environmental life, sustainable urban development should be considered. This research is aimed at identifying the dimensions of sustainable urban development and the role of municipalities in fulfilling this requirement. First, the theoretical foundations of sustainable urban development are presented and then the dimensions and indicators of sustainable urban development are presented. Also, the role of municipalities as the main pillar of urban development and management, and suggestions to K Arrangements have been made by municipalities to achieve sustainable urban development.
