Breast cancer is the most common cause of cancer death in women throughout the world. MicroRNAs are small non-coding RNAs that are 20-22 nuclides long. These molecules participate in vital biological processes such as development, differentiation, apoptosis and cell proliferation by binding to mRNA molecules and transcriptional and transcriptional regulation. EGFR is a family of cell membrane receptors that play an important role in growth, cell division, life and cell death. Increasing this factor in cancerous tumors can cause excessive growth of cancer cells, or it can be a factor in cell resistance to chemotherapy Studies conducted on NCBI sites indicate that one of the genes involved in this disease is the EGF gene In this study, the hsa-miR-132-3P analysis of the most relevant signaling pathways for hsa-miR-132-3P in breast cancer was performed in miRBase, mirwalk2،DAVID databases, respectively. interactions between target and microRNA were derived based on the UTR binding zone of miRwalk2 site, whose related paths were evaluated based on the KEGG database. According to the predictions made by these databases, the most relevant pathways for hsa-miR-132-3P in breast cancer, Pathway in cancer and Apoptosis
