طراحي الگوي سيستم مديريت دانش پروژه هاي سازماني

Designing a knowledge management system for enterprise projects

اجراي هر پروژه در يك سازمان سبب توليد دانش‌ها و تجربيات جديدي درزمينه مسائل فني، مديريتي و راهبردي مي گردد كه اگر به درستي شناسايي و مديريت شوند مي‌تواند نقش مؤثري در كاهش هزينه‌ها،كيفيت اجراي پروژه و موارد مشابه داشته باشد، لذا تحقيق حاضر به طراحي و استقرار سيستم جامع مديريت دانش پروژه‌هاي سازماني پرداخته است كه از زيرسيستم‌هاي چرخه دانش، ارزيابي دانش، چرخه سؤال، نقشه دانش، بسته هاي دانشي، گزارش هاي مديريتي، ارتباطدهي پويا و مستندات سازماني تشكيل شده است. جهت طراحي سيستم مذكور از مدل نوناكا و تاكوچي و تجارب سازمان‌هاي پيشرو درباره پياده‌سازي مديريت دانش، استفاده شده است. براي هر پروژه از زمان طرح پيشنهادي تا اتمام پروژه كاربرگ هايي تهيه شده است كه كل روند پروژه تا استفاده نهايي از آن را شامل مي‌گردد و مي‌تواند به‌عنوان مدلي عمومي و متناسب با شرايط بومي كشور جهت استقرار در سازمان‌هاي ايراني در راستاي مديريت اثربخش پروژه ها، مطرح گردد.

Run any project in an organization will produce knowledge and new experiences in technical, managerial and strategic fields. If these findings are identified and managed in a proper manner, they will yield to costs reduction, project quality improvements, and many more. Therefore, this study is dedicated to the design and implementation of comprehensive knowledge management system in enterprise projects. This system consists of knowledge cycle, knowledge evaluation, question cycle, Knowledge map, Knowledge packages, management reports, dynamic communication and organization documents. “Nonaka and Takeuchi” model in conjunction with the experiences of the leading organizations on the knowledge management implementation are utilized for the design of the intended system. Worksheets are provided for each project from the proposal phase to the completion. These worksheets are considered, as a general and appropriate model, for the indigenous conditions of the country to be deployed in Iranian organizations for effective project management
