The Relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Professional Ethics in Financial Managers and Accountants of Govermental and Non-govermental Departments in Qa’enat City

اين پژوهش به منظور مطالعه رابطه هوش هيجاني و اخلاق حرفه اي مديران مالي و حسابداران انجام شده است. در اين پژوهش يك پرسش اصلي و پنج پرسش فرعي مورد نظر بوده است. پرسش اصلي به اين صورت است كه آيا ميان هوش هيجاني مديران مالي و حسابداران با اخلاق حرفه اي رابطه معناداري وجود دارد. پرسش هاي فرعي پژوهش نيز بر اساس مؤلفه هاي متغير هوش هيجاني مي باشد و رابطه معناداري آن ها را با اخلاق حرفه اي مورد مطالعه قرار داده است. تعداد كل جامعه آماري اين پژوهش ۱۲۶ نفر بوده كه شامل مديران مالي و حسابداران ادارات دولتي و غيردولتي شهرستان قاينات مي باشد. يافته هاي پژوهش نشان مي دهد كه بين ابعاد هوش هيجاني و اخلاق حرفه اي رابطه مثبت و معني دار وجود دارد. بنابراين هوش هيجاني به طور مستقيم باعث افزايش رعايت اخلاق حرفه اي و افزايش سازگاري در محيط اداري مي شود.

This research was conducted to study the relationship between emotional intelligence and professional ethics of financial managers and accountants in governmental and non-governmental departments. In this research, a main question and five sub-questions were sought. The main question is significant relationship between the emotional intelligence of financial managers and accountants with professional ethics. Sub-queries of the research are based on the variables of emotional intelligence and their significant relationship with professional ethics has been studied. The total number of statistical population of this study is 126 people, including financial managers and accountants of governmental and non-governmental departments in Qa’enat city. Findings of the research show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the dimensions of emotional intelligence and professional ethics. Therefore, emotional intelligence directly increases the observance of professional ethics and increases the compatibility in the office environment.
