One of the most important features of deep drawing process is the production of geometrically complex segments which cannot be made by other forming processes. The final segment s form depends on the form of punch and matrix. By the use of various geometries, a wide range of segments with different usages can be produced. There are different methods for forming the steel sheet, and one of them is deep drawing process. Due to the advantages of this process it has been used in this research. Most of the conducted researches about aluminum alloys are within the range of warm formability, and results indicates the superiority of the gradient state to isothermal state. Thus, in this study, the gradient warm deep drawing process of 5083 aluminum alloy cylindrical segments with 1mm thickness will be examined as a simulation of finite elements and experimental. The results indicate that; with the increase of temperature, the drawing limit will increase, as at a formation temperature of 180℃ and RAM speed of 200 mm/min with graphite powder lubrication, a drawing limit of 2.28 was obtained.
