Using different coatings on nanoparticles can help to satisfy some prerequisites including high magnetization, good stability, biocompatibility, and biodegradability. So, studying the interactions of coated nanoparticles with biological compounds is important. In this we examined the interaction of the super paramagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (SPIONs) with β- lactoglobulin.
