In this research, volumetric and electromagnetic properties of the binary mixtures of dibutylamine and heptanol were studied. Also, thermo physical properties, including density, ρ and refractive index, nD for binary mixtures of (dibutylamine + heptanol) were measured in the whole range of concentration. In this study of temperatures was (298.15 - 318.15) K with 10K intervals. These experimental data were used for calculating , refractive index deviation, ∆nD. The excess molar volume, and refractive index deviation were correlated with the Redlich - Kister equation in this binary mixtures. The excess molar volume for mentioned mixtures was negative. Whereas the refractive index deviation is positive in the whole range of concentration and temperatures. the nature and power of intermolecular interactions have been recorded by obtained experimental result.
