This study examines the effects Mixture of SDBS/SDS (1/1wt.%) for increasing stability and gas content of natural gas hydrates. For comparison, formation of natural gas hydrate (NGH) from pure water with SDBS/SDS/water system was studied. A high-pressure reactor in a laboratory-scale is used for measureing hydrate formation rate and stability. By the present of SDBS/SDS, the hydrate formation rate increased effectively. The results show that SDBS/SDS decrease the induction time (13.6%) and increase moles of trapped gas in gas hydrate crystals (38.1%). Hydrate stability tests were run at -10°C but SDBS/SDS could not stabilize the hydrate for long time
