A simple and efficient chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) methodhas been introduced. The target molecule waslinked to the surface of gold nanoparticles. This nanoprobe was employed in a sandwich-type CLIA, which signal was amplified bynanocatalysis. The optimal conditions for cross-linking process were obtained using experimental design. Under theoptimal conditions, the obtained calibration plot for the standard positive serum was approximately linear within the dilution range of 5.0×10-9 to 6.8×10-5μg/ml(R2 =0.9924).
