The problem of load flow a basic and important topic is well known is power system studies. By appearance of renewable energy resources as major components of smart distribution grids at distribution systems the problem of power flow may be changed. Most of the power flow solutions especially in distribution networks are based on mathematical formulation which is solved using iterative techniques. In this paper to overcome the deficiency of conventional power flow solvers at smart distribution grids networks a method based on application of heuristic optimization algorithms is proposed. The proposed method can encounter with many unexpected condition in power flow solution such as weakly mesh topology of future distribution networks, high ratio of R/X problem in distribution networks, integration of renewable energy sources into conventional distribution networks, ill condition of loadflow Jacobian matrix in heavy loaded power networks and so on. The presented method is examined by two heuristic algorithm and compare by backward-forward (BF) method on two test networks. The compared results show the capability and efficiency of the algorithms
