This paper proposes a new series power decoupling method based on DC-DC flyback converter in conventional current source inverter (CSI) to reduced inherent power ripple with twice the line frequency in PV side without electrolytic capacitor (E-cap). Simple structure with low component count are the advantages of proposed topology. The proposed topology operation is theoretically analyzed and verified by PSIM software simulation.
