influence lines for non-prismatic simply supported beams by an analytical method

this paper presents ananalytical method to compute the influence lines of non-prismatic beams the method of operator primarily based upon the determination of the inverse differential operator was emplioyed along with the eigenfunction expansion of the dependent variable which satisfies the corresponding boundary condition of simply supported beams the green's function of the governing differential equation of the deflection has been first derived and then it is applied to a few examples. the results are applicable to both prismatic and non-prismatic beams.
