يكي از محصولات مهم كشاورزي خرما است كه داراي ارزش غذايي فراوان ميباشد. علي رغم اين كه، ايران در زمينه توليد خرما جز چهار كشور اول دنياست اما متوسط عملكرد توليد و صادرات اين محصول از جايگاه مناسبي برخوردار نيست. يكي از راهكارهاي بهبود كيفيت در توليد و عرضه خرما، توجه به زنجيره ارزش اين محصول است. تحول و دگرگوني در كميت و كيفيت اين محصول بدون تغيير در رفتار باغداران و ديگر ذي نفعان زنجيره حاصل نخواهد شد كه آن از طريق بكارگيري و اشاعه فناوري ها و اطلاعات نوين علمي در قالب فعاليت هاي آموزشي حاصل خواهد شد. هدف اين پژوهش بررسي نحوه بهبود زنجيره ارزش محصول خرما با استفاده از آموزش هاي مهارتي كشاورزي است. نتايج حاصل از تحقيق نشان ميدهد كه هر چقدر ذي نفعان زنجيره از سطح دانش فني و آموزش هاي مهارتي بيشتري برخوردار باشد، قادر خواهند بود پويايي و تحول تكنولوژيك در زنجيزه ارزش محصول خرما ايجاد كرده و سبب افزايش ظرفيت توليد، صادرات و توان رقابت در بازارهاي بين المللي گردند.

One of the important agricultural products is the date that has great nutritional value. Despite the fact that Iran is only the first four countries in the field of date production, the average production and export performance of this product is not well-suited. One of the ways to improve quality in the production and delivery of dates is to pay attention to the value chain of this product. Changes in the quantity and quality of this product will not be achieved without changing the behavior of gardeners and other stakeholders which will be achieved through the use and dissemination of new scientific information technologies and information in the form of educational activities. The purpose of this study is to investigate how to improve the value chain of date products using agricultural skills training. The results of the research show that, As far as the chain stakeholders are concerned, the level of technical knowledge and skills training should be greater, they will be able to create the dynamics technological and transformation in the value chain of the date product, the dynamics and technological transformation, and increasing production capacity, exports and competitiveness in international markets.
