آﻧﻐﻮزه ferula assafoetida L ﮔﯿﺎه داروﯾﯽ از ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﻣﻬﻢ ﺗﯿﺮه ﭼﺘﺮﯾﺎن اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺬرﻫﺎي آن دوره ﺧﻮاب ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﻃﻮﻻﻧﯽ دارد ﻣﺤﺼﻮل اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي آن ﺻﻤﻐﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎﻧﺎم آﻧﻐﻮزه ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﻣ ﺷﻮد. اﯾﻦﯽ ﺻﻤﻎ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻗﻄﻊ ﻃﻮﻗﻪ ﮔﯿﺎه اﺳﺘﺤﺼﺎل ﻣ ﮔﺮدد. ﺗﻘﺎﯽ ﺿﺎي ﺑﺎﻻي ﺻﻨﺎﯾﻊ داروﺳﺎزي ﺑﺮاي ﻓﺮآورده ﻫﺎي ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺻﻤﻎ آﻧﻐﻮزه ﻓﺮﺻﺘﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﮐﺸﺎورزان ﻓﺮاﻫﻢ ﮐﺮده ﺗﺎ ﺑﻪ ﮐﺸﺖ آن در اراﺿﯽ زراﻋﯽ اﻗﺪام ﮐﻨﻨﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ از ﺗﮑﻨﯿﮏ ﺑﯿﻮرزوﻧﺎﻧﺲ در ﺟﻬﺖ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﺑﺬر اﯾﻦ ﮔﯿﺎه داروﯾﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺪﯾﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﯽ در ﺳﻄﺢ آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﮕﺎﻫﯽ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎي ﻣﺘﻔﺎوت در آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﮕﺎه ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎﺗﯽ ﺑﯿﻮرزوﻧﺎﻧﺲ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه اﻣﯿﺮﮐﺒﯿﺮ ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. اﯾﻦ آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﯾﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﮐﺎﻣﻼً ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ در ﺗﮑﺮار اﻧﺠﺎم3 ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از اﯾﻦ ﺗﮑﻨﯿﮏ ﻧﻮﯾﻦ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ و درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﺑﺬرﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺷﮑﻞ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻮﺟﻬﯽ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﭘﯿﺪا ﮐﺮد. ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه، ﺳﺮﻣﺎ و ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﻫﺎي ﮐﻪ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ دﺳﺘﮕﺎه ﺑﯿﻮرزوﻧﺎﻧﺲ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎي ﻣﺘﻔﺎوﺗﯽ از اﻣﻮاج اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻣﻐﻨﺎﻃﯿﺲ در زﻣﺎن300 ﺛﺎﻧﯿﻪ ﺑﺮ روي آب ﻣﻘﻄﺮ اﺳﺘﺮﯾﻞ ﺷﺪه، ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﻓﺮﮐﺎﻧﺲ ﻫﺎي اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻣﻐﻨﺎﻃﯿﺴﯽ ﻣﺘﻔﺎوت و ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﯽ ذﺧﯿﺮهﺷﺪه اﻧﺪ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﯾﻦ ﺗﺄﺛﯿ را ﺑﺮ رويﺮ در ﺻﺪ و ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﺑﺬور دارا ﺑﻮدن اﻧﺪ. ﺑﻪﻃﻮر ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦي درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ96/6% در ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎي و 10 ﺑﻪ د5 ﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس آزﻣﻮن داﻧﮑﻦ ،اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨ داري راﺑﯿﻦﯽ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر 1و 10 ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﻣ ﺗﻮاﻧﺒﯿﺎن ﮐﺮد ﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﺪت زﻣﺎن در ذﺧﯿﺮه ﻓﺮﮐﺎﻧﺲ ﻫﺎي اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻣﻐﻨﺎﻃﯿﺴﯽ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ و درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﭘﯿﺪاﮐﺮده اﺳﺖ ﺑﺪﯾﻦ ﺷﮑﻞ ﮐﻪ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ در ﺑﺬوري ﮐﻪ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎي اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻣﻐﻨﺎﻃﯿﺴﯽ، ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ داﺷﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺷﮑﻠﯽ ﮐﻪ ﻣﺪت زﻣﺎن ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ در ﻣﺪت 40 روز در ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﺑﻪ 15 روز در ﺑﺬور ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻣﻐﻨﺎﻃﯿﺴﯽ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﻣﻼﺣﻈﻪ را داﺷﺘﻦ اﻧﺪ. اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺗﮑﻨﯿﮏ ﺑﯿﻮرزوﻧﺎﻧﺲ در رﺷﺘﻪ ﮐﺸﺎورزي اﺑﻌﺎد وﺳﯿﻌﯽ را در ﺑﺮﻣ ﮔﯿﺮ.د اﯾﻦﯽ ﺗﮑﻨﯿﮏ ﻣ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺳﺒﺐﯽ ﺑﺮوز ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات وﺳﯿﻌﯽ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻮﻟﮑﻮﻟﯽ و ﻓﻨﻮﺗﯿﭙﯽ در ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺎن ﺷﻮد ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﻣ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﯿﺎنﯽ ﮐﺮد از اﯾﻦ روش ﻣ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ در ﺟﯽ ﻬﺖ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﺑﺬوري ﮐﻪ داراي ﺧﻮاب ﻃﻮﻻﻧﯽ ﺑﻮده، ﺟﻬﺖ اﻟﻘﺎي ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮐﺮد .ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﻫﻤﯿﺖ اﯾﻦ ﮔﯿﺎه داروﯾﯽ ﺣﻞ ﻣﺸﮑﻞ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ آﻧﻐﻮزه ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از اﯾﻦ ﺗﮑﻨﯿﮏ ﮔﺎﻣﯽ ﻧﺨﺴﺖ در ﻓﺮآﯾﻨﺪ اﻫﻠﯽ ﺳﺎزي اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
Asafetida (Ferula assa foetida L.) A medicinal plant is one of the most important species of Apiaceae, whose seeds have a relatively long dormancy period. Its economic output is the resin known as Asafetida. This gum is extracted by cutting the apex of the plant.The high demand for pharmaceutical industry for gum products has made a unique opportunity for farmers to initiate and expand the plant cultivation in arable lands. In this research, bioresonance technique was used to increase seed germination speed. For this purpose, a research was conducted at the laboratory level using different treatments at the Bioresonance Research Laboratory of Amir Kabir University. This experiment was carried out in a factorial arrangement in a completely randomized design with 3 replications. The results of using this new technique showed that the germination rate and germination percentage of seeds increased significantly. Based on the results, cold and solutions that were sterilized by a bioresonance apparatus over 300 seconds on distilled water were stored by different electromagnetic frequencies and had the most effect on seed germination percent and speed. To be The highest germination percentage was 96.6% in treatments 5 and 10, Comparison of mean of Duncan test showed a difference significant between treatments 1 and 10, which can be said that by increasing the time in the storage of electromagnetic frequencies, speed and germination percentage increased, as the rate of germination in seeds under Electromagnetism treatments increased significantly compared to the control sample, with a significant reduction in the germination time of 40 days in the control samples to 15 days in the electromagnetic treatment. The use of bioresonance technique in the field of agriculture covers a wide range. This technique can lead to extensive changes in the molecular and phenotypic levels of plants, so it can be argued that this method can be used to induce germination to increase germination of the seed that has a long dormancy. Considering the importance of this herb, solving the problem of germination using this technique is the first step in the domestication process.
