چكيده فارسي :
ﻣﻮﺗﺎﺳﯿﻮن ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﺑﺮوزﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮدرﺗﻌﺪاد اﻧﺪﮐﯽ ازﺻﻔﺎت ﮔﯿﺎه ﺑﺮﻧﺞ ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد، در ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ راﻫﮑﺎر ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﯽ ﺑﺮاي اﺻﻼح ارﻗﺎم ﺑﻮﻣﯽ ﺑﺮﻧﺞ. ﺑ ﺎﺷﺪ ﺟﻬﺖ ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﺮﺧﯽ ﺻﻔﺎت زراﻋﯽ، آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ اي در دو ﺳﺎل زراﻋﯽ 1397-98، در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮﺣﺒﻠﻮك ﻫﺎي ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ در ﺳﻪ ﺗﮑﺮار، در اﯾﺴﺘﮕﺎه ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎﺗﯽ ﮔﻠﺪﺷﺖ اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ.ﻫﺸﺖ ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗ ﻣﻮﺗﺎﻧﺖ اﻣﯿﺪ ﺑﺨﺶ ﻫﻤﺮاه ﺑﺎ دو رﻗﻢ ﻃﺎرم ﻣﺤﻠﯽ و ﺷﯿﺮودي در ﻣﺠﻤﻮع ده ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗ ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ.ﻧﺸﺎﮐﺎري در ﺗﺎرﯾﺦ 21 اردﯾﺒﻬﺸﺖ ﻣﺎه اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﺻﻔﺖ ﺗﻌﺪاد روز ﺗﺎ 50% ﮔﻠﺪﻫﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺑﺎزدﯾﺪ ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ اي، ﺛﺒﺖ ﺷﺪ.در زﻣﺎن رﺳﯿﺪن ﻓﯿﺰﯾﻮﻟﻮژﯾﮑﯽ ﺻﻔﺎت زراﻋﯽ ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺧﻮﺷﻪ در ﮐﭙﻪ، اﺟﺰاي ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻬﻬﻤﻪ ﻣﻮﺗﺎﻧﺖ ﻫﺎي اﻣﯿﺪ ﺑﺨﺶ، ﺑﺠﺰ ﺷﻤﺎره 3200، داراي ﺗﻌﺪاد روز ﺗﺎ %50 ﮔﻠﺪﻫﯽ ﮐﻤﺘﺮي از ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﻃﺎرم ﻣﺤﻠﯽ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺑﻮﺗﻪ ﻣﻮﺗﺎﻧﺖ ﻫﺎ، ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﻃﺎرم ﻣﺤﻠﯽ، ﺑﯿﻦ 11-26 درﺻﺪ ﺑﻮد.ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺧﻮﺷﻪ در ﮐﭙﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ 19-25 ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﺑﻮد.ﻣﻮﺗﺎﻧﺖ ﺷﻤﺎره 1117 و 3216 داراي ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺗﻌﺪاد داﻧﻪ ﭘﺮ و ﮐﻞ در ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﻮﺗﺎﻧﺖ ﻫﺎ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ.ﻫﻤﻪ ﻣﻮﺗﺎﻧﺖ ﻫﺎي اﻣﯿﺪ ﺑﺨﺶ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮي از ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﻃﺎرم ﻣﺤﻠﯽ وﻟﯽ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﮐﻤﺘﺮي ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﺷﯿﺮودي داﺷﺘﻨ.ﺪ ﻣﻮﺗﺎﻧﺖ ﺷﻤﺎره 1117و 3216 ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﺑﺎ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد 5518/1و 5337/9 ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم در ﻫﮑﺘﺎر، ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد را داﺷﺘﻨﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Mutation causes a change in a small number of rice plant traits, so it can be a good strategy for
breeding of the native rice varieties.In order to evaluate some agronomic traits, a field experiment was
conducted in two years of the 2018-2019 in theGoldashtresearch station,as a randomized complete
block design with three replications.Eight promising mutant genotypes with two TaromMahaliand
Shiroudi cultivars, overall ten genotypeswere compared. Transplanting was done in 11 May.The
number of days to 50% flowering was recorded by field visit.At physiological maturity, plant height,
panicle number, yield components and yield were obtained.The results showed that all promising
mutants, except 3200, had days to 50% flowering lower than the TaromMahali.The decreasing in
mutant plant height was between 11-26%, compared to the TaromMahali as a check variety. The
number of panicle in the hill varied between 19-25.Mutant numbers 1117 and 3216 had the highest
number of filled and total grains among the mutants.All of the promising mutants had higher yields
than the TaromMahalibut had lower yields than the Shiroudi cultivarsas a check variety.Mutant
numbers 1117 and 3216 had the highest yields with 5518.1 and 5337.9 Kg/ha, respectively.
