This paper examines the effective solutions for hot rolling mill steel, so that the rolling production line is simulated by Enterprise Dynamic (ED) software to prevent high costs and stops for new methods. To make the most rigorous charges imposed on large rolling mill companies are the huge breakdown of rhinestones and rollers, which are costly and time consuming for the company. The average failure time of each bearings is 34 days to 45 days, as well as the average roll deflection at a time when their diameter is reduced, the average time between 3 months and 8 months, the time it takes to switch between 60 and 180 minutes. With existing research, it is concluded that if proposed scenarios are used, 36% of the existing situation will be improved and will not cost the company a lot of time
