ﻗﺎرچ Alternaria solani از ﻣﻬﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺑﯿﻤﺎرﮔﺮﻫﺎي ﮔﯿﺎه ﮔﻮﺟﻪ ﻓﺮﻧﮕﯽ و ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﯿﻤﺎري ﻟﮑﻪ ﺑﺮﮔﯽ اﺳﺖ. اﻣﺮوزه اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺎﻧﻮذرات ﺑﺮاي ﻣﻬﺎر ﺑﯿﻤﺎري ﻫﺎي ﮔﯿﺎﻫﯽ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻓﺮاوان ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ.دراﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ اﺛﺮات ﺿﺪﻗﺎرﭼﯽ ﻧﺎﻧﻮذره ﮐﯿﺘﻮزان درﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ 600،400،200 ﻗﺴﻤﺖ درﻣﯿﻠﯿﻮن روي ﻗﺎرچ Alternaria solani ﺗﺤﺖ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ درون ﺷﯿﺸﻪ )invitro( و درون زﯾﻮه )invivo( ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺗﺤﺖ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ درون ﺷﯿﺸﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻫﺎي 600،400،200 ﭘﯽ ﭘﯽ ام ﻧﺎﻧﻮذره ﮐﯿﺘﻮزان اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﺳﻄﺢ اﺣﺘﻤﺎل ﯾﮏ درﺻﺪ ﺑﺮاي ﺑﺎزدارﻧﺪﮔﯽ از رﺷﺪ ﻗﺎرچ Alternaria solani وﺟﻮد داﺷ.ﺖ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻧﺎﻧﻮ ذره ﮐﯿﺘﻮزان ﺗﺤﺖ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ درون ﺷﯿﺸﻪ درﻏﻠﻈﺖ 600 ﭘﯽ ﭘﯽ ام 100 درﺻﺪ ﺑﺎزدارﻧﺪﮔﯽ از رﺷﺪ ﻗﺎرچ Alternaria solani داﺷﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﻫﺎي ﻧﺎﻧﻮ ذرات ﮐﯿﺘﻮزان روي ﺷﺪت)DS(1 و ﺷﯿﻮع ﺑﯿﻤﺎري)DI(2 ﻟﮑﻪ ﺑﺮﮔﯽ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﯽ ﻧﺎﺷﯽ از رﺷﺪ ﻗﺎرچ Alternaria solani ﺗﺤﺖ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ درون زﯾﻮه در ﺳﻄﺢ اﺣﺘﻤﺎل ﯾﮏ درﺻﺪ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﺑﻮد. ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻏﻠﻄﺖ ﻧﺎﻧﻮذره ﮐﯿﺘﻮزان ﺷﺪت و ﺷﯿﻮع ﺑﯿﻤﺎري ﻟﮑﻪ ﺑﺮﮔﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﯾﺎﻓﺖ و در ﻏﻠﻈﺖ 600، درﺻﺪ ﺷﺪت و ﺷﯿﻮع ﺑﯿﻤﺎري ﻟﮑﻪ ﺑﺮﮔﯽ ﺑﻪ ﮐﻤﺘﺮ از 10 درﺻﺪ رﺳﯿﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Alternaria solani is one of the most important pathogens of tomato plant and cause leaf spot disease. The use of nanoparticles for the prevention of plant diseases has received much attention today.) Was evaluated. Under in vitro conditions, there was a significant difference between the concentrations of 600,400,000 ppm chitosan nanoparticles for inhibition of Alternaria solani growth. The results showed that chitosan nanoparticles under in vitro conditions at 600 ppm had 100% inhibition of Alternaria solani growth .also the effect of chitosan nanoparticles treatments on severity (DS) 1 and outbreak (DI) 2 of leaf spot caused by Alternaria solani growth under in vivo conditions was significant at 1% probability level. With increasing concentration of chitosan nanoparticles, the severity and prevalence of leaf spot disease were significantly reduced, and at 600 concentration, the percentage and severity of leaf spot disease decreased to less than 10%.
