ﭼﮑﯿﺪه
ﮔﻨﺪمﻫﺎي ﺗﺘﺮاﭘﻠﻮﺋﯿﺪ ﺑﻪ دﻟﯿﻞ ﺗﻨﻮع ﮔﺴﺘﺮده ژﻧﺘﯿﮑﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ داراي اﻫﻤﯿﺖ اﺻﻼﺣﯽ ﻓﺮاوان ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ. در ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﯾﮏ ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﻪ ﮔﻨﺪم ﺗﺘﺮاﭘﻠﻮﺋﯿﺪو ﯾﮏ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﻨﺪم ﻧﺎن ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ و ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎ رﻧﮓ آرد و ﺑﺬر ﺟﻬﺖ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ زﯾﺮﮔﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﻄﻠﻮب ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻃﺮح ﻻﺗﯿﺲ ﺳﺎده ﺑﺎ دو ﺗﮑﺮار در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎﺗﯽ داﻧﺸﮑﺪه ﮐﺸﺎورزي داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺻﻨﻌﺘﯽ اﺻﻔﻬﺎن ﻣﻮرد ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻗﺮارﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ زﯾﺮﮔﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ از ﻟﺤﺎظ ﻫﻤﻪ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري در ﺳﻄﺢ اﺣﺘﻤﺎل ﯾﮏ درﺻﺪ داﺷﺘﻨﺪ. اﯾﻦ اﻣﺮ ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از ﺗﻨﻮع ژﻧﺘﯿﮑﯽ ﺑﺎﻻ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﮔﺰﯾﻨﺶ ﺑﺮاي ﺻﻘﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﮔﻨﺪم ﻧﺎن )ﺷﺎﻫﺪ( داراي ﺑﯿﺶﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ*L و ﮐﻢﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﺷﺎﺧﺺb* رﻧﮓ آرد و ﮔﻨﺪم دوروم داراي ﻣﻘﺪار *L ﮐﻢﺗﺮ وb* ﺑﯿﺶﺗﺮ ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﺎﻧﮕﺮ ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻦ ﺑﻮدن رﻧﮕﺪاﻧﻪ زرد درﮔﻨﺪم ﻫﮕﺰاﭘﻠﻮﺋﯿﺪ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﮔﻨﺪمﻫﺎي ﺗﺘﺮاﭘﻠﻮﺋﯿﺪ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. زﯾﺮﮔﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ ﺧﻮﺷﻪاي در ﺳﻪ ﮔﺮوه ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓ.ﺘﻨ ﺪ زﯾﺮﮔﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎي دوروم، ﮔﻨﺪم ﺧﺮاﺳﺎن، ﺗﻮرﺟﯿﺪوم و ﭘﻮﻟﻮﻧﯿﮑﻮم ﺑﻪ دﻟﯿﻞ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ *L ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮ داراي رﻧﮓ آرد روﺷﻦﺗﺮ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ، ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ در ﯾﮏ ﮔﺮوه ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﮔﻨﺪم ﻧﺎن ﺑﺼﻮرت ﻣﺠﺰا درﮔﺮوه دوم ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﮔﺮوه ﺳﻮم ﺷﺎﻣﻞ زﯾﺮﮔﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎي ﮔﻨﺪم اﯾﻤﺮ و ﮔﻨﺪم اﯾﺮاﻧﯽ ﺑﻮد. اﯾﻦ زﯾﺮﮔﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ دﻟﯿﻞ داﺷﺘﻦ ﮐﻢﺗﺮﯾﻦ *L ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺳﺎﯾﺮ زﯾﺮﮔﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎ ﺗﯿﺮهﺗﺮ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Tetraploid wheat has significant breeding value due to high genetic diversity for various traits. In this
study, a tetraploid wheat collection of different subspecies was used for evaluation of seed and flour
Color-Related traits in a simple lattice design with two replications. The experimental site was the
agricultural research farm of Isfahan University of Technology. The results of analysis of variance
showed that subspecies were significantly different (p≤ 0.01) for the evaluated traits. This indicated a
high genetic diversity in the studied subspecies useful in selection for the desired traits. Based on the
results of mean comparison, bread wheat had the highest L* value and lowest b* value for flour color.
Durum wheat had a lower L * and a higher b * values, which indicated lower yellow pigment content in
hexaploid wheat than in the tetraploid wheat .The studied subspecies were divided into three groups based
on cluster analysis. Four subspecies of T. durum, Khorasan Wheat, T. turgidum and T. polonicum had
lighter flour color due to higher L * value, and therefore they were grouped together. Bread wheat was
separately characterized into the second group. The third group included subspecies of T. dicoccum and T.
persicum. These subspecies were darker than other subspecies due to lower L*.
