In this paper, the (RR1346), a dye waste in the wastewater of the dye industries, has been removed using advanced electrochemical oxidation process in which electrodes were obtained by synthesizing GO and Fe3O4 nanoparticles. The fabricated electrodes were graphene oxide coated with carbon cloth (GO/CC) and Fe3O4 /GO coated with carbon cloth (Fe3O4/GO/CC). In order to characterize the properties of the obtained electrodes several instrumental analyses such as AFM, FESEM, Cyclic Voltammetry (CV), Cathodic polarization. By using the UV-vis spectrophotometric analysis, the dye removal yield of this process was determined and the concentration of the eliminated dye in the sample waste was obtained where the mentioned electrodes were utilized. Finally, the AFM and FESEM results, as well as removal efficiency of the electrodes in the same time intervals, proved that the Fe3O4/GO/CC electrode had a better removal efficiency rather than other electrodes used.
