اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮ ﻣﺤﻠﻮلﭘﺎﺷﯽ ﻣﺘﺎﻧﻮل ﺑﺮ ﻓﺘﻮﺳﻨﺘﺰ و ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎي واﺑﺴﺘﻪ ﺑﻪ آن در ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗﻫﺎي ﻟﻮﺑﯿﺎ ﭼﺸﻢﺑﻠﺒﻠﯽ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﮐﻢآﺑﯽ در ﻣﺮﮐﺰ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎت ﺻﻔﯽآﺑﺎد- دزﻓﻮل ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت اﺳﭙﻠﯿﺖ ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﯾﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮك ﻫﺎي ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﮑﺮار در دو ﺳﺎل زراﻋﯽ 1396 و 1397 اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﻨﺶ آﺑﯽ در ﭼﻬﺎر ﺳﻄﺢ )25، 50، 75 و 100 درﺻﺪ ﺗﺎﻣﯿﻦ ﻧﯿﺎز آﺑﯽ ﮔﯿﺎه( ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻋﺎﻣﻞ اﺻﻠﯽ و ﺗﻠﻔﯿﻖ ﺳﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﺤﻠﻮلﭘﺎﺷﯽ ﻣﺘﺎﻧﻮل )ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﻣﺤﻠﻮل-ﭘﺎﺷﯽ ﺑﺎ آب ﻣﻘﻄﺮ، 10 و 20 درﺻﺪ ﺣﺠﻤﯽ در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ روﯾﺸﯽ ﻗﺒﻞ از ﻇﻬﻮر ﮔﻞ، دو ﺑﺎر ﺑﻪ ﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪ ده روز( و دو ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗ )ﻻﯾﻦ اﻣﯿﺪ ﺑﺨﺶ 1057 و ﻣﺸﻬﺪ( ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻋﺎﻣﻞﻫﺎي ﻓﺮﻋﯽ ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﻫﺪاﯾﺖ روزﻧﻪاي، ﺷﺪت ﺗﻌﺮق و ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﻓﺘﻮﺳﻨﺘﺰ در ﺳﻄﺢ اﺣﺘﻤﺎل ﯾﮏ درﺻﺪ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﺑﻮد. ﻣﺤﻠﻮلﭘﺎﺷﯽ ﻣﺘﺎﻧﻮل ﺑﺮ ﻫﺪاﯾﺖ روزﻧﻪاي، ﺷﺪت ﺗﻌﺮق و ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﻓﺘﻮﺳﻨﺘﺰ در ﺳﻄﺢ اﺣﺘﻤﺎل ﯾﮏ درﺻﺪ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﺑ.ﻮد ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗﻫﺎ ﺑﺮ ﻫﺪاﯾﺖ روزﻧﻪاي، ﺷﺪت ﺗﻌﺮق در ﺳﻄﺢ اﺣﺘﻤﺎل ﯾﮏ درﺻﺪ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﺑﻮدﻧ.ﺪ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﻓﺘﻮﺳﻨﺘﺰ در ﻻﯾﻦ 1057 ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﻨﺶ ﮐﻢ آﺑﯽ 100 درﺻﺪ ﻧﯿﺎز آﺑﯽ )1/44( و ﮐﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﻓﺘﻮﺳﻨﺘﺰ ﻧﯿﺰ در رﻗﻢ ﻣﺸﻬﺪ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﻨﺶ ﮐﻢ آﺑﯽ 25 درﺻﺪ ﻧﯿﺎز آﺑﯽ )0/47( ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
In order to investigate the effect of methanol spray on the Growth Indicators of Vignaunguiculata L. in water-deficit stress conditions, the field experiments were performed in split factorial based on randomized complete block design with three replications in two years cultivation (2017 and 2018) in Agricultural Research and Education Center and Natural Resources of Safiabad(Dezful, Iran). Waterdeficit stress treatments were consideredin the main plots in four levels (25, 50, 75 and 100% of plant water requirement) and combined methanol spray treatment inthree levels (control, 10 and 20% vol.), and genotype treatment in two cultivars of Omidbakhsh 1057 and Mashhad in sub plots. The results showed that stomatal conductance, transpiration intensity and photosynthesis rate were significant at 1% probability level. Methanol spraying had a significant effect on stomatal conductance, transpiration intensity and photosynthesis rate at 1% probability level. The results showed that genotypes had significant effect on stomatal conductance, transpiration intensity at 1% probability level. According to the results, the highest photosynthetic rate was observed in line 1057 under 100% water deficit (1.44) and the lowest photosynthesis rate was observed in Mashhad under 25% water deficit (0.47).
