ﺑﺮﻧﺞ دوﻣﯿﻦ ﻣﻨﺒﻊ ﺗﺎﻣﯿﻦﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﻏﺬاي ﺑﺸﺮ ﺑﻌﺪ از ﮔﻨﺪم ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﯿﻤﺎرﯾﻬﺎي ﮔﯿﺎﻫﯽ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﺎ ﺑﯿﻤﺎريﻫﺎي ﺑﺎﮐﺘﺮﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ دﻫﻨﺪه ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ اﯾﻦ ﻣﺤﺼﻮل در ﺳﺮاﺳﺮ دﻧﯿﺎ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺑﺎﮐﺘﺮيﻫﺎي ﺑﯿﻤﺎريزاي ﺑﺮﻧﺞ در اﺳﺘﺎن ﺧﻮزﺳﺘﺎن از ﻣﺰارع ﺑﺮﻧﺞ ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﻼﺛﺎﻧﯽ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺮداري اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. از ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎي ﺟﻤﻊ آوري ﺷﺪه 12 ﺟﺪاﯾﻪ ﺧﺎﻟﺺﺳﺎزي ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ واﮐﻨﺶ ﻓﻮق ﺣﺴﺎﺳﯿﺖ و ﺑﯿﻤﺎرﯾﺰاﯾﯽ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ 3 ﺟﺪاﯾﻪ از 12 ﺟﺪاﯾﻪ ﺗﻮاﻧﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﯿﻤﺎرﯾﺰاﯾﯽ ﺑﺮ روي ﺑﺮﻧﺞ را دارا ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ آزﻣﻮنﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرﻓﻮﻟﻮژﯾﮑﯽ و ﺑﯿﻮﺷﯿﻤﯿﺎﯾﯽ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ اﯾﻦ 3 ﺟﺪاﯾﻪ اﺣﺘﻤﺎﻻ ﻣﺘﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﻪ ﺟﻨﺲ .Xanthomonas sp ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﻨ.ﺪ اﯾﻦ اوﻟﯿﻦ ﮔﺰارش از ﺑﯿﻤﺎري ﺑﺎﮐﺘﺮﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﺮﻧﺞ از ﻣﺰارع اﺳﺘﺎن ﺧﻮزﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ و ﺑﺮاي ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﻗﻄﻌﯽ اﯾﻦ ﺟﺪاﯾﻪﻫﺎ ﻧﯿﺎزﻣﻨﺪ ﺑﻪ اآزﻣﻮنﻫﺎي ﻣﻮﻟﮑﻮﻟﯽ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
After wheat, rice is the second source of humanin food. Plant diseases, specially bacterial disease is
one of important reducing agents in production of this crop in all around the world. In this research,
samples were collected from different rice fields of Mollasani to investigate rice bacterial diseases in
Khuzestan provinces. Twelve bacterial isolates were purified from samples. Hyper sensitivity reaction
and pathogenicity test clarified that 3 isolates from 12 isolates are pathogenic in rice. Morphological
and biochemical tests showed that these 3 isolates probably belong to Xanthomonas sp. this is the first
report of bacterial disease from Khuzestan province rice fields and molecular tests are necessary to
definitively identify these isolates
