در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ، ﺑﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﭘﺮوﻓﺎﯾﻞ، ﺟﺪاﺳﺎزي و ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ اﻧﻮاع اﺳﯿﺪ ﻫﺎي ﺑﺎارزش ﭼﺮب و ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺖ و ﺑﻬﺮه ژﻧﺘﯿﮑﯽ آﻧﻬﺎ در 35 ﻻﯾﻦ داﺑﻠﺪﻫﺎﭘﻠﻮﺋﯿﺪ ﮔﯿﺎه داﻧﻪ روﻏﻨﯽ ﮐﺎﻣﻠﯿﻨﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از دﺳﺘﮕﺎه ﮐﺮوﻣﺎﺗﻮﮔﺮاﻓﯽ ﮔﺎزي ﺟﺮﻣﯽ )GC-Mass ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ ﺷ.ﺪ ﺑﺪﯾﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر، آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮك ﻫﺎي ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﮑﺮار اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷ.ﺪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻻﯾﻦ ﻫﺎ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﯽدار و ﺗﻨﻮع زﯾﺎدي وﺟﻮد داﺷﺖ. در اﯾﻦ ﺑﯿﻦ، ﻻﯾﻦ ﺷﻤﺎره 25 داراي ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ درﺻﺪ روﻏﻦ داﻧﻪ )41/90 %(، ﺑﻮد. اﺛﺮ ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗ ﺑﺮ درﺻﺪ روﻏﻦ و ﻣﯿﺰان اﺳﯿﺪﻫﺎي ﭼﺮب اﺷﺒﺎع 18:0 C20:2 C18:3 C 18:2 C24:1 C16:1 C 20:0 C ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﺑ.ﻮد ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﯿﻦ اﮐﺜﺮ اﺳﯿﺪﻫﺎي ﭼﺮب ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري وﺟﻮد داﺷﺖ. اﮐﺜﺮ ﺻﻔﺎت ﺑﯿﻮﺷﯿﻤﯿﺎﯾﯽ داراي وراﺛﺖ ﭘﺬﯾﺮي، ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺖ و ﺑﻬﺮه ژﻧﺘﯿﮑﯽ ﻧﺴﺒﺘﺎً ﺑﺎﻻﯾﯽ ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
In this study, profiling, isolation and characterization of various valuable fatty acids and their
genetic advance and genetic gain were investigated in 35 doubled haploid lines of camelina using
GC-mass. For this purpose, an experiment was conducted using randomized complete block
design with three replications. The results showed that there was a significant difference and
diversity among the lines. Line 25 had the highest percentage of seed oil (41.90%). Genotype
were different in oil percentage and saturated fatty acids content were significant for C18:0,
C20:0, C16:1, C24:1, C18:2, C18:3 and C20:2 fatty acids. There was also significant correlation
between most fatty acids. Most biochemical traits also had relatively high heritability, genetic
advance, and genetic gain.
