ﺑﺮاي ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ اﺛﺮ ﭘﯿﺶ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﻫﻮرﻣﻮﻧﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﮔﯿﺎه داروﯾﯽ زﯾﺮه ﺳﺒﺰ، آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ در آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﮕﺎه ﺑﺨﺶ زراﻋﺖ و اﺻﻼح ﻧﺒﺎﺗﺎت داﻧﺸﮑﺪه ﮐﺸﺎورزي داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺷﻬﯿﺪ ﺑﺎﻫﻨﺮ ﮐﺮﻣﺎن در ﺳﺎل 1398 در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﮐﺎﻣﻼً ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ در 4 ﺗﮑﺮار ﺑﺎ 5 ﺗﯿﻤﺎر اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ )ﺑﺪون ﭘﯿﺶ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر(، ﭘﯿﺶ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺑﺎ دو ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﺳﺎﻟﯿﺴﯿﻠﯿﮏ اﺳﯿﺪ )0/25 و 0/5 ﻣﯿﻠﯽ ﻣﻮﻻر( و ﭘﯿﺶ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺑﺎ دو ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﺑﺮاﺳﯿﻨﻮ اﺳﺘﺮوﺋﯿﺪ )0/5 و 0/75 ﻣﯿﮑﺮوﻣﻮﻻر( ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ اﺛﺮ ﭘﯿﺶ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﻫﻮرﻣﻮن ﻫﺎ ﺑﺮ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ و ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ زﯾﺮه ﺳﺒﺰ در ﺳﻄﺢ 5% ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﺑﻮد. ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺑﺬوري ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻫﻮرﻣﻮن ﺑﺮاﺳﯿﻨﻮاﺳﺘﺮوﺋﯿﺪ درﺳﻄﺢ 0/5 ﻣﯿﮑﺮوﻣﻮﻻر ﭘﯿﺶ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺷﺪه ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ ﺑﺎ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ )53/50( وﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ )1/48( ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري ﻧﺸﺎن داد.
چكيده لاتين :
In order to evaluate the effect of hormonal pretreatment on germination of cumin, an experiment was
conducted at laboratory of Department of Agronomy and Plant Breeding, College of Agriculture,
Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman in 2019 in a complete randomized design with 4 replication
and 5 treatment. Treatments included control (without pretreatment), pretreatment with two
concentrations of salicylic acid (0.25 and 0.5 mM) and pretreatment with two concentrations of
brassinosteroid (0.5 and 0.75 μM). The results of analysis of variance showed that the effect of
hormonal pretreatment were significant at 5% probability level on percentage of germination and
germination rate of cumin. Means comparisons showed that the treatment which pretreated with 0.5
μM brassinosteroid with the highest percentage of germination and highest germination rate (48.1)
showed significant difference compared to control treatment.
