ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﯽ اﺳﭙﺮﻣﯿﺪﯾﻦ ﺑﺮ ﺻﻔﺎت روﯾﺸﯽ ﮔﯿﺎه ﺳﯿﺎه داﻧﻪ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮري، ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﯽ در ﮔﻠﺨﺎﻧﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎﺗﯽ داﻧﺸﮑﺪه ﮐﺸﺎورزي داﻧﺸﮕﺎه وﻟﯽ ﻋﺼﺮ )ﻋﺞ( رﻓﺴﻨﺠﺎن ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﯾﻞ دو ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﭘﺎﯾﻪ ﮐﺎﻣﻼ ً ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺎ ﭼﻬﺎر ﺗﮑﺮار اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﻫﺎ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮري در ﭼﻬﺎر ﺳﻄﺢ )0، 30، 60 و 90 ﻣﯿﻠﯽ ﻣﻮﻻر( و ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﯽ اﺳﭙﺮﻣﯿﺪﯾﻦ در 4 ﭼﻬﺎر ﺳﻄﺢ )،0 ،1 3و 5 ﻣﯿﻠﯽ ﻣﻮﻻر( ﺑﻮدﻧ.ﺪ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ در اﯾﻦ آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺑﺮگ، ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺳﺎﻗﻪو وزن ﺧﺸﮏ اﻧﺪام ﻫﻮاﯾﯽ ﺑ.ﻮد ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ارﺗﻔﺎع و وزن ﺧﺸﮏ اﻧﺪام ﻫﻮاﯾﯽ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺑﺮﻫﻤﮑﻨﺶ ﺷﻮري و ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﯽ اﺳﭙﺮﻣﯿﺪﯾﻦ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓ.ﺖ ﺑﻪ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ اي ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﻮري، ﺻﻔﺎت ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻨﺪ وﻟﯽ در ﻫﺮ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﻮري، ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﯽ اﺳﭙﺮﻣﯿﺪﯾﻦ اﺛﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ ﮔﺬاﺷﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺻﻔﺖ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺑﺮگ، ﺗﻨﻬﺎ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺂﺛﯿﺮ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺷﻮري ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ و ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮري، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺑﺮگ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﯾﺎﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از اﯾﻦ آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد، ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﯽ اﺳﭙﺮﻣﯿﺪﯾﻦ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد رﺷﺪ ﮔﯿﺎه ﺳﯿﺎه داﻧﻪ در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺷﻮر ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
In order to evaluate the foliar spraying of spermidine on vegetative growth traits of Black cumin
(Nigella sativa L.) under salt stress, an experiment was conducted as factorial design based on
complete random design (CRD) with four replications in research greenhouse of agriculture college of
Vali-e-Asr university of Rafsanjan. Treatments were included Salinity (0, 30, 60, 90 mMol) and foliar
spraying of spermidine (0, 1, 3, 5 mMol). The charactristics studied in this experiment included leaf
number, stem hight and shoot biomass. results showed that stem hight and shoot biomass were
significantly affected by the interaction between salinity and foliar spraying of spermidine. As salinity
levels increased, traits decreased but at each salinity level, foliar application of spermidine had a
positive effect. leaf number was only significantly affected by salinity treatment and leaf number
reduced by increasing salinity stress. results showed that, foliar spraying of spermidine improved
growth of Black cumin under salinity stress.
