ﺑﻪﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮ اﺛﺮ زﻣﺎن و ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﭘﺮاﯾﻤﯿﻨﮓ ﻫﯿﻮﻣﯿﮏ اﺳﯿﺪ ﺑﺮ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﯽ ﺑﺬر ﮔﻮار).Cyamopsis tetragonoloba L( در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮري، آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﯾﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﮐﺎﻣﻼً ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﮑﺮار در آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﮕﺎه ﺗﮑﻨﻮﻟﻮژي ﺑﺬر داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻋﻠﻮم ﮐﺸﺎورزي و ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﻃﺒﯿﻌﯽ ﺧﻮزﺳﺘﺎن در ﺳﺎل 1398 اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ آزﻣﺎﺷﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ زﻣﺎن ﭘﺮاﯾﻤﯿﻨﮓ در دو ﺳﻄﺢ )6و 12 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ( ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻫﯿﻮﻣﯿﮏ اﺳﯿﺪ در ﭘﻨﺞ ﺳﻄﺢ )ﺻ،ﻔﺮ 250، 500، 750و 1000 ﻣﯿﻠﯽ ﮔﺮم در ﻟﯿ(ﺘﺮ و ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮري در ﭘﻨﺞ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺻﻔ،ﺮ 100، 200، 300، 400و 500 ﻣﯿﻠﯽ ﮔﺮم در ﻟﯿﺘﺮ ﮐﻠﺮﯾﺪ ﺳﺪﯾ(ﻢ ﺑﻮدﻧ.ﺪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺳﻄﻮح ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮري درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ، ﻃﻮل رﯾﺸﻪ ﭼﻪ و ﺑﻨﯿﻪ ﺑﺬر ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﮐﺎرﺑﺮد ﻫﯿﻮﻣﯿﮏ اﺳﯿﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان 750 ﻣﯿﻠﯽ ﮔﺮم در ﻟﯿﺘﺮ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ در ﺗﻤﺎم ﺳﻄﻮح ﺷﻮري ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﺷﺪ. ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان ﻃﻮل رﯾﺸﻪ ﭼﻪ و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ وﯾﮕﻮر در ﺗﯿﻤﺎر 500 ﻣﯿﻠﯽ ﮔﺮم در ﻟﯿﺘﺮ ﻫﯿﻮﻣﯿﮏ اﺳﯿﺪ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري ﺑﺎ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ 750 ﻣﯿﻠﯽ ﮔﺮم در ﻟﯿﺘﺮ ﻫﯿﻮﻣﯿﮏ اﺳﯿﺪ ﻧﺪاﺷﺖ. درﻣﺠﻤﻮع ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﭘﯿﺶ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺑﺬور ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﻫﯿﻮﻣﯿﮏ اﺳﯿﺪ در ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﻣﺴﺘﻌﺪ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮري ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﯽ و اﺳﺘﻘﺮار ﮔﯿﺎه ﮔﻮار ﺷﻮد.
چكيده لاتين :
In order to investigate the effect of time and concentration of humic acid priming on seed germination of
guar seed (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba L.) under salinity stress, a factorial experiment with completely
randomized design with three replications was conducted at Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources
university of Khuzestan Seed Technology Laboratory in 2019. Experimental factors included priming
time at two levels (6 and 12 h) humic acid concentration at five levels (zero, 250, 500, 750 and 1000 mg /
l) and salinity stress at five levels (zero, 100, 200, 300, 400 and 500 mg / l sodium chloride). Results
showed that with increasing salinity levels germination percentage, root length and seed vigor were
significantly decreased. Application of humic acid at 750 mg / L increased germination percentage at all
salinity levels compared to control. The highest root length and Vigor index were obtained in 500 mg / L
humic acid treatment which was not significantly different from 750 mg / L humic acid. Taken together,
the results showed that pretreatment with humic acid in saline-prone areas can improve germination and
establishment of guar plant
