Galega officinalisﯾﮏ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺪاﺋﻤﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ در ﻃﺐ ﻗﺪﯾﻢ ﺑﺮاي درﻣﺎن ﻋﻼﺋﻤﯽ ﮐﻪ اﻣﺮوزه ﺑﻪ دﯾﺎﺑﺖ ﻧﻮع 2 ﻧﺴﺒﺖ داده ﺷﺪه ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻗﺮار ﻣﯽﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. رﯾﺸﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﻮﯾﯿﻦ ﻧﯿﺰ ﻣﻨﺒﻊ ارزﺷﻤﻨﺪي ﺑﺮاي ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﺎت ﻣﻬﻢ داروﯾﯽ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺎن ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ. رﺷﺪ ﺳﺮﯾﻊ در ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﺑﺪون ﻫﻮرﻣﻮن، زﻣﺎن ﻣﻀﺎﻋﻒ ﺷﺪن ﮐﻢ، ﺳﻬﻮﻟﺖ ﻧﮕﻬﺪاري و ﺗﻮاﻧﺎﯾﯽ ﺳﻨﺘﺰ ﻃﯿﻒ وﺳﯿﻌﯽ از ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﺎت ﺷﯿﻤﯿﺎﯾﯽ، ﮐﺸﺖ رﯾﺸﻪ ﻣﻮﯾﯿﻦ را ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻌﯽ ﻣﺴﺘﻤﺮ ﺑﺮاي ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﻣﺘﺎﺑﻮﻟﯿﺖ ﻫﺎي ﺛﺎﻧﻮﯾﻪ ﺑﺎ ارزش داروﯾﯽ، ﻣﺤﺼﻮﻻت آراﯾﺸﯽ و اﻓﺰودﻧﯽﻫﺎي ﻣﻮاد ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻞ ﮐﺮده اﺳ. ﺖ در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ، رﯾﺰﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺟﺪا ﺷﺪه از G. officinalisﺑﺮاي اﻟﻘﺎي رﯾﺸﻪ ﻣﻮﯾﯿﻦ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺳﻮﯾﻪ A4ﺑﺎﮐﺘﺮي Agrobacterium rhizogenesاﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪﻧ.ﺪ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺗﻌﺪا رﯾﺸﻪ اﻟﻘﺎﯾﯽ )5 رﯾﺸﻪ در ﻫﺮ رﯾﺰﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ( از رﯾﺰﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎي ﺑﺮگ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه از ﮔﯿﺎﻫﭽﻪ ﻫﺎي درون ﺷﯿﺸﻪ اي ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Galega officinalis is a perennial plant that used in ancient medicine to treat symptoms that nowadays
associated with type 2 diabetes. Hairy roots are a valuable source for the production of important
medicinal compounds. Speedy growth in a hormone-free medium, low doubling time, ease of
maintenance, and ability to synthesize a wide range of chemical compounds have made hairy root culture
a continuous source for the production of valuable secondary metabolites of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics,
and food additives. In this study, different explants isolated from G. officinalis were used to induce hairy
root using Agrobacterium rhizogenes strainA4. The results showed that the highest number of root
induction (5 roots per explant) was obtained from in vitro leaf explants.
