This study investigates the gas separation performance of polyethersulfone (PES) membranes for gas separation. Three different concentrations of PES in the casting solution (17, 22 and 25% wt.%) were examined. and Gas permeation properties of membranes was calculated for pure N2, Ar, CH4, and H2 gases at 6 bar feed pressure and ambient temperature. The effect of polymer concentration on the permeability and density of the fabricated membranes were investigated. The obtained results indicated that by increase of the membrane density, the corresponding permeability decreases. The membranes were characterized using contact angle and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The morphology membranes were observed: the membrane surface is more homogeneous, dense.
