Nowadays, packaging and food industries are expanded. Demand of consumer for comfortable carrying, easy and safe usage has been raised that has leaded to production and development in the intelligent and active packaging. Intelligent packaging has three branches: sensors, indicators and radio frequency detector. Indicators are easy to distinguish by their color change and considering this qualification, they have been noticed a lot. There are some dyes which are sensible to temperature, pH, UV, etc. In this study, a time-temperature indicator based on anthocyanin has been used which is pH sensitive for milk.
