Microbial communities and microorganisms can adhere to surfaces and cause pollution, heat and mass transfer
limitations in industrial processes Study on different types of microorganisms and decrease their infections on purewater
by using silver coated tissue surfaces are the main purposes of this paper. A tissue filter surface, which is coated
by nano silver as an anti-microbial coating, is used. This filter surface which is known as polypropylene sediment filter,
is constructed by using multi- layers of tissues. It has fine Pore Polypropylene yarn about 9.86 μm and high filtering
efficiency that can remove dirt, rust, dust, silt, algae and the other sediments but will not support bacterial growth and
not remove harmful bacteria and microorganisms before being coated by nano silver coating. So Physical Vapour
Deposition (P.V.D) as a special technique to coat a thin layer of nano silver with 40 nm thickness on the filter surface
is used to reduce the filter’s pore size to 0.7 nm and decline harmful bacteria and microorganisms range.
