بررسي پديدارشناسانه نقشِ بانوان در تحقق تمدن نوين اسلامي با رويكرد الگوي سوم

Phenomenological study of the role of women in the realization of modern Islamic civilization with the approach of the third model

زنان زيباترين موجودات جهان خلقت هستند. نقش هاي هويتي زنان و همچنين وجود گزارش هاي تاريخي نيز خبر از عمق اثرگذاري آنان در تحولات اجتماعي، اقتصادي و اخلاقي دارد. از اين رو لازم است تا با واكاوي عوامل موثر در تربيت نيروهاي فعال در عرصه تمدن سازي اسلامي نيز، در راستاي تداوم پرورش انسان هاي شايسته در جهت تحقق اهداف عاليه دين مبين اسلام قدمي برداريم. بدين منظور هدف اصلي اين پژوهش، بررسي پديدارشناسانه نقش بانوان در تحقق تمدن نوين اسلامي بر اساس الگوي سوم است؛ لذا با استفاده از اين روش، نحوه اثرگذاري بانوان در تربيت آينده سازان جامعه تبيين، و راه‌هاي اساسي نيل به اين مهم، از طريق بررسي تجارب موفق بانوان فعال در اين عرصه روشن گرديد. داده هاي اين پژوهش از طريق مصاحبه با چند قشر از زنانِ تاثيرگذار در عرصه ي تعليم و تربيت صورت گرفت، كه پس از بررسي بند به بند مصاحبه ها، مضامين اصلي و زير مضامينِ به دست آمده در قالب يك جدول طبقه بندي شد. يافته هاي اين پژوهش حاوي 3 مضمون اصلي و 15 زير مضامين مي باشد. در عنوان «آموزه هاي ديني»، اهتمام به مواردي همچون نماز و امر به معروف و نهي از منكر، موثرترين مولفه ها شناخته شد. در عنوان «الگو گيري»، مشي بر طريق پيامبر اكرم و معصومان (عليهم السلام) و تاسي از مقام معظم رهبري (مدظله العالي)، و در عنوان «تربيت» نيز نقش معلم در تربيت دانش آموزان و توجه به فرايند تربيت ديني، تاثيرگذار است.

Women are the most beautiful creatures in the world of creation. Women have a very important role in civilization. By accepting the role of mother, wife, teacher, professor, etc., they bring about events in the society that no one like them can be effective in the process of education. Good children are raised by a mother who can help their country. History has shown that women play a very important role in education. In order to achieve Islamic civilization, one must use the experience of women who excelled in the field of education. Women who raised their children and husbands in such a way that their name and memory will live forever. This article is written in a phenomenological way and the data were done by interviewing several influential women in the field of education, including mothers of martyrs, wives of martyrs, teachers, university professors. We put it in the form of a table and got the main themes and sub-themes. Our findings in this research were done in such a way that 3 main themes and 15 sub-themes were done. Our main themes in this research include education, modeling and religious teachings. In this article, we found that observing themes such as prayer, enjoining what is good and forbidding what is evil in the context of religious teachings, following the example of the Prophet and the Infallibles, and fearing the Supreme Leader in the subject of modeling and the role of the teacher in education Students and attention to the process of religious education is effective in the context of education.
