Review and analysis of the construction site of chain stores (Case study of Gorgan)

فروشگاه‌هاي زنجيره‌اي در سال‌هاي اخير گسترش‌ بسياري يافته‌ و براي ترميم نظام توزيع كشور شكل‌گرفته‌اند. اولين نكته در فرايند تأسيس و احداث فروشگاه زنجيره‌اي انتخاب مكان مناسب است. مكان‌هاي مستعد بر اساس قابليت‌هاي تجاري‌شان ارزيابي مي‌شوند. برنامه‌ريزي مكاني به سامان‌دهي نقاط توزيع و ترتيب قرارگيري مراكز توزيع به‌منظور رفاه و آسايش مصرف كنندگان مي‌پردازد. روش تحقيق در پژوهش حاضر، به لحاظ هدف از نوع كاربردي و به لحاظ ماهيت و روش از نوع توصيفي و تحليلي است. چارچوب نظري تحقيق، بر اساس روش كتابخانه‌اي و شيوه ي اسنادي با مراجعه به كتب، نشريات و سايتهاي علمي مرتبط مي‌باشد . گردآوري اطلاعات به دو روش ميداني و كتابخانه‌اي بوده و داده‌هاي مكاني واطلاعات لازم جهت ارزش گذاري معيارها از طريق تهيه و توزيع پرسشنامه و تكميل آن توسط كارشناسان انجام گرديد. در اين تحقيق براي تعيين مكان مناسب فروشگاه‌هاي زنجيره‌اي از نرم افزار GIS و مدل فرايند تحليل سلسله مراتبي بهره گرفته شد. نمونه آماري اين پژوهش 30 نفر از خبرگان و كارشناسان شهرسازي و محدوده پژوهش شهر گرگان با مساحت ۳5۶۷ هكتار مركز استان گلستان است يافته‌هاي پژوهش نشان داد كه عمده فروشگاه‌هاي زنجيره‌اي موجود در گرگان از مكان‌يابي مناسبي برخوردار نبوده و برخورداري از عدالت اجتماعي در آنها در سطح قابل قبولي نيست.

Chain stores have expanded a lot in recent years and have been formed to repair the country s distribution system. The first point in the process of establishing and constructing a chain store is choosing the right place. Potential locations are evaluated based on their business capabilities. Spatial planning organizes distribution points and arranges the location of distribution centers for the welfare and comfort of consumers. The research method in the present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and analytical in terms of nature and method. The theoretical framework of the research, based on the library method and documentary method, is related to referring to books, publications and scientific sites.Rejection of information was done in two ways: field and library, and spatial data and information necessary for evaluating the criteria were done by preparing and distributing a questionnaire and completing it by experts. In this research, GIS software and hierarchical analysis process model were used to determine the appropriate location of chain stores. The statistical sample of this research is 30 experts and urban planning experts and the research area of Gorgan city with an area of 3567 hectares is the center of Golestan province. Not acceptable.
