چكيده فارسي :
In order to catalyze chemical reactions in fewer steps and at a higher rate, artificial enzymes are finding more and more uses in the vitro environment. Equally important to getting the desired result is their enantioselective yield. We look through the research from the past two years on engineered enzymes for use in Friedel-Craft alkylation processes and find that some of these enzymes work well without using a metallic cofactor.
