Porous media play an important role in various natu_x0002_ral and industrial processes. Understanding the transfer phenom_x0002_ena in porous media is necessary to optimize these processes. Pore network modeling is a powerful tool used to study fluid flow and diffusion in such media at the pore level. This study investigates the application of graph theory, sparse matrix and calculations in solving the system of linear equations obtained from pore network modeling of unsteady state propagation in porous media. The in_x0002_tegration of graph theory and advanced computational techniques provides valuable insights into the dynamics of fluid transport and aids in the design and optimization of various engineering applica_x0002_tions.
