In this paper, we propose a fuzzy spectral clustering method for a dataset with two clusters. We consider the eigenvector correspondance to the second minimum eigenvalue and then we determine core points and soft points, the $varepsilon$-neighborhood around zero is considered. Then, we assign membership degrees to the points.
