تحولات در محيط اجتماعي باعث دگرگوني نظام توليد شده است و به تبع آن دانشگاه محور اصلي اين نظام مي باشد. براي رسيدن به پيشرفت پايدار، تربيت نيروهاي انساني متخصص، كارآمد و مورد نياز بخش هاي متفاوت جامعه، توسط نهادهاي آموزشي به عنوان يك اصل اساسي بيان شده است. پرداختن به اشتغال زايي دانش آموختگاني كه داراي توانايي ها و مهارت هاي لازم براي راه اندازي يك شركت دانش بنيان مناسب باشد، از وظايف اصلي هر دانشگاه محسوب ميشود كه خلا آن كاملا آشكار است. براي تطبيق كاركردهاي دانشگاه با محيط اطراف استراتژي دانشگاه بايد عوض شود. با توجه به اينكه بدون حمايت هاي مادي و معنوي از نخبگان و نوآوران علمي و رفتاري دانشجويان توانمند كشور از طريق كمك براي ايجاد محصول و خدمت از دستاوردهاي پژوهشي آنها امكان پذير نيست، در همين راستا نويسندگان درصددند تا با ساماندهي به مطالعات پيشين و با روش كتابخانه اي به بررسي نقش دانشگاه ها در تأسيس شركت هاي دانش بنيان و اشتغال زايي دانشجويان بپردازند. براي رسيدن به اين هدف محققان اقدام به مطالعه مقالات منتشر در محدوده زماني 2000 تا 2022 از پايگاه هاي معتبر علمي داخلي و خارجي اقدام نمودند كه مرتبط به حوزه دانشگاه ها و تأسيس شركت ها و اشتغال زايي مي باشند و با توجه به اهميت توسعه شركت هاي دانش بنيان در توسعه اقتصادي و اشتغال زايي كشور نقش دانشگاه ها در اشتغال زايي دانش آموختگان در شركت هاي دانش بنيان بيان اهميت بسزايي دارد. بر همين اساس دانشگاه ها بايد بر طراحي دوره هاي آموزشي و تربيت نيروي انساني ماهر تمركز كنند و از اين طريق باعث ايجاد شركت هاي جديد و پيشرفت كشور شوند. اين پژوهش راهكارهاي عملياتي را براي برنامه ريزان و سياست گذاران به همراه دارد.

Changes in the social environment have caused the transformation of the production system, and as a result, the university, which is the main axis of this system, undergoes diversity. In order to achieve sustainable progress, education of specialized, efficient and needed human resources in different parts of the society has been expressed by educational institutions as a basic principle. Dealing with the employment of graduates who have the necessary abilities and skills to start a suitable knowledge-based company is considered one of the main duties of any university, and its gap is quite obvious. To adapt the functions of the university to the surrounding environment, the strategy of the university should be changed. Considering that it is not possible without material and spiritual support from the elites and scientific and behavioral innovators of the capable students of the country through help to create products and services from their research achievements, in this regard, the authors are trying to organize previous studies and with library method to examine the role of universities in establishing knowledge-based companies and creating employment for students. To achieve this goal, the researchers studied the articles published between 2000 and 2022 from reliable domestic and foreign scientific databases. that there is a positive relationship between universities and the establishment of companies and the employment of graduates, and considering the importance of the development of knowledge-based companies in the economic development and job creation of the country, the role of universities in the employment of graduates in knowledge-based companies is very important has it. Accordingly, universities should focus on the design of training courses and the training of skilled human resources and in this way create new companies and the progress of .the country
