Exploring the Relationship Between University and Industry and Society: Reasons and Models

اگرچه ارتباط دانشگاه و صنعت نقش مهمي در توسعه اقتصادي و اجتماعي هر كشوري دارد، اما متأسفانه اين ارتباط در ايران كمرنگ، مقطعي و موردي است. ضعيف بودن ارتباط دانشگاه با صنعت و جامعه در كشور ما علاوه بر دلايل ساختاري كه به اصل وجودي دانشگاه‌ها و صنايع و عدم وابستگي آن‌ها به يكديگر و ساختارهاي كلان اقتصادي، صنعتي، اجتماعي و فرهنگي برمي‌گردد. در واقع، مي‌توان گفت كه برقراري ارتباط دانشگاه با صنعت و جامعه نيازمند الگوها و راهبردهاي ويژه‌اي است كه بدون پرداختن به آن‌ها و ايجاد زمينه‌هاي مناسب به‌عنوان حلقه هاي واسطه اين ارتباط، نمي توان بر كارآمدي آن اميدوار بود. در اين راستا، پژوهش مروري حاضر قصد دارد با واكاوي دلايل و الگوهاي ارتباط دانشگاه با صنعت و جامعه، رهيافتي جامع را براي ارتقاي ارتباط دانشگاه با جامعه در ايران پيشنهاد دهد. نقد الگوهاي ارتباط دانشگاه با صنعت و جامعه نظير طرح اينترن شيب، طرح اكسترن شيب، طرح كارآموزي و طرح آموزش تعاوني نشان داد كه در جوامع و كشورهاي مختلف با توجه به شرايط و زمينه‌هاي مختلف بايستي در جهت اجرا و پياده‌سازي طرح‌هاي مختلفي اقدام كنند. اما تجربيات موجود نشان مي‌دهد كه الگوي آموزش تعاوني مي‌تواند به‌عنوان رهيافتي مناسب براي ارتقاي ارتباط دانشگاه با صنعت و جامعه در ايران استفاده گردد. استفاده از رهيافت آموزش تعاوني در دانشگاه‌ها نه تنها بر غناي تدريس و پژوهش مي‌افزايد؛ بلكه منجر به توسعه صلاحيت‌هاي كارآفرينانه دانشجويان، ارتقاء جامعه مدني، افزايش رفاه و كيفيت زندگي آن‌ها در آينده نيز مي‌گردد.

Although the connection between university and industry plays an important role in the economic and social development of any country, unfortunately, this connection in Iran is weak, sectional and case-by-case. The weak connection between universities and industry and society in our country is in addition to the structural reasons that go back to the basic existence of universities and industries and their lack of dependence on each other and macro-economic, industrial, social and cultural structures. In fact, it can be said that establishing a relationship between the university and the industry and society requires special models and strategies that without addressing them and creating suitable fields as intermediary links for this relationship, we cannot hope for its effectiveness. In this regard, the current review research aims to propose a comprehensive approach to improve university-society relations in Iran by analyzing the reasons and patterns of university-industry-society relations. Criticism of university communication models with industry and society, such as “Internship”, “Externship”, “Practicum” and “Cooperative Education”, showed that in different societies and countries, according to different conditions and contexts, different plans should be implemented. But the existing experiences show that the cooperative education model can be used as a suitable approach to improve the relationship between the university and industry and society in Iran. Using the cooperative learning approach in universities not only adds to the richness of teaching and research; it also leads to the development of entrepreneurial competency of .students, the promotion of civil society, and the increase of their welfare and quality of life in the future
