هدف اصلي تحقيق حاضر بررسي بيانات مقام معظم رهبري در خصوص ارتباط دانشگاه با صنعت است. . با توجه به اهميت مساله ارتباط دانشگاه با صعنت، تحقيق حاضر ضمن بررسي بيانات مقام معظم رهبري در خصوص ارتباط دانشگاه با صنعت، راهكارهاي پيشنهادي مستخرج از بيانات را ارائه و در نهايت به بحث و نتيجه گيري و ارائه پيشنهادات مي پردازد. اين تحقيق برپايه يك مورد پژوهشي از تجزيه وتحليل كيفي طراحي شده است. داده ها ازطريق بيانات مقام معظم رهبري استخراج و دسته بندي شده است. تمايز اين تحقيق يك روش كمكي به تئوري هاي انتقال دانش بين صنعت ودانشگاه مي باشد كه حالت هاي خاص تعامل را شناسايي مي كند و به موفقيت انتقال دانش به دانشگاه و صنعت كمك مي كند. همچنين اين يافته ها يك استنباط مهم براي سياستمداران در جهت طراحي و به كارگيري دانش بر پايه استراتژي هاي نوآوري و ايجاد امتياز رقابت پايدار از طريق انتقال دانش موفقيت آميز بين دانشگاه وصنعت مي باشند. در اين حالت، سياستمداران را قادر مي سازد تا پيچيدگي و محرك هاي پويا را در فرآيند تكنولوژي تجاري درك و اهميت سلسله مراتب آموزشي و سيستم انگيزشي مناسب را در حمايت از انتقال مؤثر دانش وتجارت به كارگيرند.

The main purpose of this research is to investigate the statements of the Supreme Leader regarding the relationship between the university and the industry. . Considering the importance of the relationship between the university and the industry, the present research, while examining the statements of the Supreme Leader regarding the relationship between the university and the industry, presents suggested solutions extracted from the statements and finally discusses and concludes and presents suggestions. This research is based on a research case of qualitative analysis. The data has been extracted and categorized through the statements of the Supreme Leader. The distinction of this research is an auxiliary method to the theories of knowledge transfer between industry and university, which identifies specific modes of interaction and contributes to the success of knowledge transfer to university and industry. Also, these findings are an important conclusion for politicians in the direction of designing and applying knowledge based on innovation strategies and creating sustainable competitive advantage through successful knowledge transfer between universities and industry. In this case, it enables politicians to understand the complexity and dynamic drivers in the process of business technology and the importance of educational hierarchy and appropriate incentive system in supporting the effective transfer of knowledge and business
