تحليلي بر عوامل كليدي در پياده سازي نوآوري باز (مطالعه موردي: شركت فولاد هرمزگان)

امروزه روند حركت شركت ها به سوي نوآوري باز در راستاي افزايش كاميابي و به دليل افزايش پيچيدگي ها ي فناورانه و تحولات محيطي رو به رشد بوده است اما مسئله اصلي درك مفهوم نوآوري باز نيست بلكه ايجاد رويه اي مناسب براي پياده سازي مي باشد. نظر به اهميت پياده سازي نوآوري باز اين پژوهش با هدف تحليلي بر عوامل كليدي بر پياده سازي نوآوري باز و خروجي مورد انتظار در شركت فولاد هرمزگان انجام شده است. جامعه آماري پژوهش، مديران، كارشناسان و متخصصان شركت فولاد هرمزگان مي باشد، كه داراي حداقل مدرك كارشناسي ارشد و فعاليت هاي اجرايي آنها مرتبط با تحقيق و توسعه مي باشد، حجم نمونه ي 20 نفر و روش نمونه‌گيري قضاوتي- هدفمند است. در راستاي تحقق پژوهش پس از بررسي مباني نظري عوامل موثر بر پياده سازي نوآوري باز و همچنين خروجي هاي پياده سازي موفق نوآوري باز در صنعت فولاد هرمزگان شناسايي گرديد، سپس پرسشنامه محقق ساخته طراحي و پس از جمع آوري و تحليل داده ها، نتايج پژوهش بيانگر آن مي باشد كه مهمترين عوامل موثر بر پياده سازي نوآوري باز شامل فرهنگ نوآورانه، پشتيباني و زيرساخت سازماني و همكاري با مراكز دانشگاهي و تحقيقاتي مي باشند و همچنين با اهميت ترين خروجي هاي پياده سازي موفق نوآوري باز شامل كاهش هزينه توليد، افزايش سود آوري و ارتقاي كيفيت مي باشد.

Today, the trend of companies moving towards open innovation has been growing in order to increase success and due to the increase in technological complexity and environmental changes, but the main issue is not understanding the concept of open innovation, but creating a suitable procedure for implementation. Considering the importance of implementing open innovation, this research has been conducted with the aim of analyzing the key factors of implementing open innovation and the expected output in Hormozgan Steel Company. The statistical population of the research is managers, experts and specialists of Hormozgan Steel Company, who have at least a master s degree and their executive activities are related to research and development, the sample size is 20 people and the method of judgment-targeted sampling. In order to realize the research, after examining the theoretical foundations of the factors affecting the implementation of open innovation, as well as the outputs of the successful implementation of open innovation in the steel industry of Hormozgan, a questionnaire was designed by the researcher, and after collecting and analyzing the data, the results of the research were presented. It is that the most important factors affecting the implementation of open innovation include innovative culture, support and organizational infrastructure and cooperation with academic and research centers, and also the most important outputs of the successful implementation of open innovation include reducing production costs, increasing profitability and It is quality improvement.
