Development and explanation of the green supply chain model of Bidbland Gas Refining Company

افزايش نگراني ها در مورد هشدارهاي محيطـي و تـلاش بـراي كـاهش هرچـه بـيش تـر آلاينـده هـاي زيسـت محيطي موجب ظهور مفاهيم جديد نظير مديريت زنجيره تامين سبز، بهره وري سبز و توليد پاكتر در صنايع مختلف شده استفاده شـده اسـت، پژوهش حاضر با توجه به خلاء پژوهشي موجود در اين خصوص، درصدد ارائه مدل مديريت زنجيره تأمين سبز پالايشگاه هاي نفت وگاز است. رويكرد حاكم بر انجام اين پژوهش آميخته (كيفي- كمي) است. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات در بخش كيفي (روش نظريه داده بنياد) مشتمل بر مطالعات كتابخانه اي و مصاحبه باز (نيمه ساختار يافته) با 16 تن از مديران ارشد و مسئولان شركتهاي پالايش گاز و خبرگان دانشگاهي است كه با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري هدفمند و نظري و گلوله برفي است. و در بخش كمي (معادلات ساختاري) جامعه آماري كليه مديران و كاركنان شركت پالايش بيدگل است كه حجم نمونه مطابق جدول مورگان برابر با 377 نفر تعيين و نمونه گيري به شيوه ي تصادفي ساده انجام شد. تجزيه و تحليل داده-ها در بخش نظريه داده بنياد طي سه مرحله كدگذاري باز، كد گذاري محوري و كدگذاري گزينشي انجام شد. نتايج حاصله مؤيد برازش مدل نظري و تأييد فرضيات پژوهش است. بنابراين مي توان اذعان داشت كه با توجه به شناسايي عوامل علّي، زمينه اي و مداخله گر شناسايي شده در بخش كيفي، اجراي راهبردهاي ارائه شده در مدل پيشنهادي مي تواند منجر به تحقق پيامدهاي اقتصادي، اجتماعي و زيست محيطي مورد انتظار شود. همچنين نتايج حاصله از آزمون مدل به دست آمده، بيانگر برازش و مطلوبيت مدل پيشنهادي است.

Increasing concerns about environmental warnings and efforts to reduce environmental pollutants as much as possible have led to the emergence of new concepts such as green supply chain management, green productivity and cleaner production in various industries. In this regard, it aims of this study to provide a green supply chain management model for oil and gas refineries. The approach governing this research is mixed (qualitative-quantitative). The tool for collecting information in the qualitative part consists of library studies and open (semi-structured) interviews with 16 senior managers and officials of gas refining companies and academic experts, who use targeted sampling and It is a theory and a snowball. And in the quantitative part (structural equations), the statistical population is all managers and employees of Bidgol Refining Company, the sample size was determined according to Morgan s table equal to 377 people and sampling was done by simple random method. Data analysis in the data theory section of the foundation was done in three stages of open coding, central coding and selective coding. The obtained results confirm the fit of the theoretical model and confirm the hypotheses of the research. Therefore, it can be acknowledged that due to the identification of the causal, contextual and intervening factors identified in the qualitative section, the implementation of the strategies presented in the proposed model can lead to the realization of the expected economic, social and environmental consequences. Also, the results obtained from the model test indicate the suitability and desirability of the proposed model.
