چكيده فارسي :
ايران بواسطه دسترسي به آب‌هاي آزاد و مجاور بودن با خليج فارس، خليج عمان، سواحل مكران و درياي خزر و قرار گرفتن در مسير كريدورهاي ترانزيتي بين‌المللي از فرصت و ظرفيت‌هاي دريايي بي‌نظيري برخوردار است. لذا حملونقل دريايي بعنوان يكي از بخش‌هاي صنعت دريايي، بواسطه تاثير مستقيم بر اقتصاد آبي منجر به استفاده بهينه و پايدار از منابع و گستره‌هاي آبي اعم از اقيانوس‌ها، درياها، درياچه‌ها و جزاير براي رشد اقتصادي، بهبود وضعيت معيشت و ايجاد اشتغال و در نهايت افزايش توليد ناخالص داخلي خواهد شد. بر اين اساس هدف مقاله حاضر بررسي وضعيت بخش حملونقل دريايي كشور، چالش‌هاي موجود در اين صنعت، تعيين جايگاه حملونقل دريايي در توسعه دريامحور و نهايتاً ارائه راهكارهايي در اين خصوص مي‌باشد.

Therefore, marine transportation as one of the sectors of the marine industry, due to its direct impact on the blue economy, leads to the optimal and sustainable use of blue resources and expanses, including oceans, seas, lakes and islands, for economic growth, improving livelihoods and creating employment. And finally, the GDP will increase. Based on this, the purpose of this article is to examine the state of the country s maritime transport sector, the challenges in this industry, determine the place of maritime transport in the sea-oriented development, and finally provide solutions in this regard.
