The Impact of Knowledge Absorptive Capacity on Exploratory and Explorative Innovation with Moderating Effect of Culture Balance

امروزه با توجه به افزايش رقابت در فضاي كسب و كار حاكم بر صنايع، تغييرات قابل توجهي در رفتار مشتريان حاصل شده است و نوآوري به عنوان چالشي اساسي براي بقا و موفقيت سازمان هاي دانش محور مطرح است. هدف اين تحقيق تعيين تاثير ظرفيت جذب دانش بر نوآوري اكتشافي و استخراجي با نقش تعديلگر ابعاد تعادل فرهنگي (ويژگي هاي غالب، رهبري، مديريت و كاركنان و پيوستگي) مي باشد. نوع تحقيق حاضر توصيفي پيمايشي است و جامعه آماري اين تحقيق شركت هاي دانش بنيان مي باشند، بدين منظور تعداد 315 پرسشنامه بين مديران شركت هاي دانش بنيان كه به روش در دسترس از بين جامعه آماري انتخاب شده اند، توزيع و جمع آوري گرديده است. ابزار گردآوري داده هاي تحقيق حاضر پرسشنامه است و روائي پايايي آن با انجام تكنيك تحليل عاملي تأئيدي و محاسبه ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ مورد تائيد قرار گرفته است. همچنين جهت تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات از روش مدل يابي معادلات ساختاري استفاده گرديده است. نتايج تحقيق حاضر تأثير ظرفيت جذب دانش بر نوآوري اكتشافي و استخراجي با نقش تعديلگر ابعاد تعادل فرهنگي(ويژگي هاي غالب، رهبري، مديريت و كاركنان و پيوستگي) را نشان مي دهد.

Today, due to the increase in competition in the business environment that dominates the industries, significant changes have been achieved in the behavior of customers, and innovation is considered as a fundamental challenge for the survival and success of knowledge-based organizations. The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of knowledge absorption capacity on exploratory and extractive innovation with the moderating role of cultural balance dimensions (dominant features, Organization leadership, management and employees and Organizational glue). The current type of research is a descriptive survey and the statistical population of this research is knowledge-based companies, for this purpose, 315 questionnaires were distributed and collected among managers of knowledge-based companies who were selected from the statistical population using the available method. The data collection tool of this research is a questionnaire, and its validity and reliability have been confirmed by performing the confirmatory factor analysis technique and calculating Cronbach s alpha coefficient. Also, structural equation modeling method has been used for data analysis. The results of the present research show the effect of knowledge absorption capacity on exploratory and extractive innovation with the moderating role of cultural balance dimensions (dominant features, Organization leadership, management and employees and Organizational glue).
