مقدمه: يكي از مهمترين نكاتي كه بايد درباره اينترنت اشياء بدانيد اين است كه آينده بدون شك در دستان اين تكنولوژي خواهد بود. زماني كه وسايل مختلف به شبكه اينترنت متصل ميشوند، انتقال دادهها به بهترين نحو ممكن صورت ميگيرد؛ يعني يك وسيله ميتواند همزمان دريافت و ارسال داده را بهخوبي انجام دهد. اين روش سبب ميشود تا وسايل هوشمندانه كار كنند كه يكي از مهمترين نيازهاي بشر امروز است. درواقع اشيا در اين حالت به منبع بيپاياني از داده دسترسي پيدا ميكنند كه ابعاد مختلف زندگي فرد را تحت پوشش قرار ميدهد. اين فناوري پتانسيل بالايي در صنعت گردشگري دارد بشرطي كه همه گير شود . داده و روش: مطالعه حاضربه روش مرور و با توجه به واژه ها كليد بيابان، لوت، اينترنت اشيا، گردشگري، انجام گرفت. جستجو مقالات و پژوهش ها در زمينه كاربرد اينترنت اشيا در حوزه گردشرگري با جستجو در اينترنت و سايت ها مرتبط و مجلات تخصصي انجام شد. يافته ها: مديريت آتش سوزي بيابان، بررسي كيفيت آب مخازن و مكان يابي با كمك اينترنت اشياء در اين مطالعه مورد تحقيق واقع شده و مشخص شده با كمك اين فناوري ها ميتوان به بهبود گردشگري كمك كرد. نتيجه گيري: امروزه اينترنت اشيا يك فناوري رو به رشد است كه ميتوان انقلاب صنعتي قرن بيست و يك در نظر گرفت اما از آنجاييكه سامانه ها مبتني بر اينترنت اشياء هنوز زيرساخت كافي و مناسب در امر گردشگري را دارا نيستند، پيشرفت چشمگير در راستا تحقيقات در اين زمينه صورت نگرفته است. بنابراين نيازمند انجام تحقيقات بيشتر در اين زمينه است.
