بررسي رابطه بين مشاركت در بودجه‌ريزي عملياتي و عملكرد مديريتي با توجه به نقش ميانجي تسهيم عمودي اطلاعات، ابهام نقش و عدم تقارن اطلاعاتي

Investigating the relationship between operational budgeting participation and managerial performance given the mediating role of vertical information sharing, role ambiguity and information asymmetry

هدف تحقيق حاضر بررسي رابطه بين مشاركت در بودجه‌ريزي و عملكرد مديريتي با توجه به نقش ميانجي تسهيم عمودي اطلاعات، ابهام نقش و عدم تقارن اطلاعاتي در شركت‌هاي فعال در شهرك‌هاي صنعتي استان گلستان بوده است. تحقيق حاضر با استفاده از روش توصيفي/ پيمايشي و همبستگي انجام شد. جامعه آماري آن كليه مديران مرتبط با بودجه و طرح و برنامه شركت‌هاي فعال در شهرك‌هاي صنعتي استان گلستان كه تعداد آنها 210 نفر بود كه با بهره‌گيري از جدول كرجسي و مورگان، 136 نفر به عنوان حجم ‌نمونه تعيين گرديد و روش نمونه‌‌گيري، تصادفي ساده بوده‌ است. داده‌هاي تحقيق با روش كتابخانه‌اي و ميداني گردآوري شده و ابزار مورد استفاده پرسشنامه استاندارد مشاركت در بودجه‌ريزي «ميلاني»، پرسشنامه استاندارد عملكرد مديريتي «ماهوني و همكاران»، پرسشنامه استاندارد تسهيم عمودي اطلاعات «پاركر و كيج»، پرسشنامه استاندارد ابهام نقش «ريزو و همكاران» و پرسشنامه استاندارد عدم تقارن اطلاعاتي «دانك» بوده است. تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات با استفاده از روش مدل‌يابي معادلات ساختاري و به كمك نرم‌افزار Smart-PLS انجام پذيرفت كه نتايج تحقيق معنادار بودن تمامي فرضيه‌ها را نشان مي‌دهد.

The aim of the present research was to investigate the relationship between participation in budgeting and managerial performance with regard to the mediating role of vertical information sharing, role ambiguity and information asymmetry in companies operating in industrial towns of Golestan province. The present research was conducted using descriptive/survey and correlation method. Its statistical population is all the managers related to the budget and plan and program of the companies active in the industrial towns of Golestan province, whose number was 210, and by using the Karjesi and Morgan table, 136 people were determined as the sample size, and the sampling method was simple random. . The research data was collected by library and field method and the tools used were the standard questionnaire of participation in budgeting Milani , the standard questionnaire of managerial performance Mahoney et al , the standard questionnaire of vertical sharing of information Parker and Cage , the standard questionnaire of role ambiguity Rizzo and Colleagues and the standard information asymmetry questionnaire was Dunk . Data analysis was done using the structural equation modeling method and with the help of Smart-PLS software. The research results show the significance of all hypotheses.
